This was absolutely beautiful, but the lack of Steven Yeun brings me a bit of sadness. What a beautiful tribute to us though, thank you so much for acknowledging this passionate fanbase ❤️

RIP Scott Wilson. He will be always remembered as a legend and one of the greatest actors of all time❤️
I saw him in his hometown of Thomasville, GA, a few weeks before he died, in Walgreens getting medicine. He was so nice to me, and thankful for the recognition, even while facing his final days.

This series has meant the world to me. Since I started watching in 2014, it’s helped me survive the toughest periods of my life. It taught me how to hold on to the idea of hope, a better future, and kept me going during the darkest times.
Often, when I felt alone and forgotten, TWD was there to cheer me up and helped me forget the pain I felt. Through this show, I learned to face my fears, re-connect with my family, friends, and to never give up.
I want to thank AMC’s The Walking Dead for saving my life and making me a better person

Many of my friends couldn't understand my devotion to TWD. It was always about the stories of the characters, the fight to survive admist the devolution of society and to retain (or lose) their humanity. Going to miss these characters being together 💔😢
yes same , the zombies were interesting in 1st season but the development of characters and story was insanely good!

A huge thank you to AMC, the actresses and Actors who put years and a lot of blood, sweat, and tears I’m sure - into making this show something that has connected with me on an extreme level - this show is more than a zombie genre show - this show is about finding family in the people around you and Love. And I think I can speak for all the fans of the walking dead out there when I say thank you for creating a family out of all of us ❤

Unfortunately I wouldn’t bet on it. All of the iconic shows Netflix had that I grew up watching are gone. Criminal Minds, American Horror Stories, Vampire Diaries, Gotham, etc. maybe not now, but at some point they’ll get rid of this one too, they always do.

Nice to see that there were some loyal fans who stuck with the show from the beginning to the end. It truly was a hell of a ride, sure there were some episodes that were completely bumpy. But they made up for some episodes to be put back on track. Now I can't wait for the Rick-Michonne spin-off and the Daryl spin-off as well.

The one thing that unnerves me is how the spinoffs are specifically built on particular characters. Part of the intrigue of TWD was the weird threat hanging over every episode that at any moment, ANY of the characters - no matter how central or pivotal - could be killed off. Surely Daryl's safe on the Daryl spinoff...there's suddenly plot armor that wasn't there before, and I think we might find this not as compelling for that reason??.

I started watching this series when it aired and I was 8 years old. I'm now 21 and it has been my entire childhood and it feels so weird and surreal that it has finally come to an end. TWD will always be in my heart and has been a big part of over a decade of my life.
I started watching when I was 28, and now I'm 51! Talk about surreal. I went from being a young women, without a single wrinkle or grey hair, to an old lady 😲 Never in my life have I ever been loyal to a tv show. Never have I watched from start to finish, without missing a single episode as it aired. It amazes me how TWD reached people of all ages, all walks of life, all over the globe. The final episode aired on my birthday, and it was truly bittersweet.

I grew up watching TWD and every moment has been absolutely wonderful. It's so sad it's coming to an end, and I'm eternally grateful this show exists. I've bonded with so many people, and its something me and one of my best friends has bonded over, bringing us much closer. There have been so many moments that have made me happy, made me cry, made me rethink life XD. Thankyou, The Walking Dead and thankyou AMC for bringing us this show

My husband and I started watching TWD from the beginning of Covid-19, and we binge-watched it till the last episode of season 11. We always wondered what the hype was about, so we wanted to give it a go and experience it together with all the other fans. And we're glad we did it as the show has taught us many good values about setting our eyes forward and to have faith that there's a better future coming for everyone. Thank you to the producers, the actors, and all who worked hard on making this franchise a huge success. Cheers!

I will miss this show forever.. the fact that I started watching this at the age of 5-6 makes me so proud of myself that I had found a show that feels like family. All those years, laughter, fun, acting really made me believe there wasn't an ending. No matter what, i'll always and still be a fan of all the actors and team that has created this show. I wanted to thank everyone in the walking dead for bringing something so big and meaningful into my life. This show will never top any other, it has shown me many things in life. I grew up with the characters and see how they evolved throughout the series was such a huge difference. I will always love this show from my heart. TWD and TWDFANS we will always be a family. It is still kind of crazy. This used to be one of my favorite shows and love it or hate it, it made it 11 seasons.
It's not over with those Spin-offs on the way, but I'll always get nostalgic thinking about watching that first season on Sundays, and then many seasons after.
My cousins told me about this Zombie show that was coming on. They checked out alot earlier than I did. I made it all the way to season 10's snow episode and came back and caught the end of 11 on air.
It was fun watching these characters go through hell.
UNREAL show. HUGE cast! Our gain and now that it's ending--- our loss.

4 years into the apocalypse but we caught up and never missed an episode.
This was the only show that knocked my favorite show out of my number 1 spot which was LOST .
Thanks to all involved with this show I now know I’m well prepared for the zombie ( WALKERS) apocalypse.

I’m really going to miss seeing Melissa McBride. I love her character and I would’ve loved to see her in the spin-off but I get it. This show meant so much to me and being able to meet a few of the actors at MegaCon Orlando is always going to be with me. Love to all involved in the show.

I'm going to miss this show. I started the show in 2012 after a friend of the family loaned the first 2 seasons to my wife and I. Needless to say we were hooked immediately and we have been fans ever since. Sad to see it come to an end but man was it crazy ride packed with so many emotions. Very very good show.
I have been here since the announcement of the program on TV, I was 16 years old and I will never forget the emotion of those days when I waited for the opening day. They made me so happy that I should thank them for all these seasons. they are the best.
