Im pretty sure u dont need to apply all those steps. Just extract the gell blend it with water to mix it up good then boil it with corn starch and let it cool. Same results.

In this method we boil aloevera gel so that we can minimise the slimy structure of aloevera (Remember in this method the quality of aloe vera degrade but if you want to take the benefit of whole aloe vera you can watch my second method of how to make Aloevera Gel at home 2.0 on my channel )

i am using Orpat Brand Mixer
If we boil aloevera , it will not loose its properties. Instead we can use xanthum gum to direct aloevera without boiling
Grind karke seedha xantham gum daal sakte hai aur kitna daal sakte isse kuch to side effect nahi hoga na

Is tea ( trethanolamine) mandate.. because if we are using it without understanding the proportion we I'll get irritation and rashed on skin and hair

Good process sir. But when i made gel form has not obtained, even after using the carbomer and TEA as u detailed.Can i boil again to make it thicker. Will it be good to use if reheated. Pls reply sir.

No these are not same germanium is mostly used in food industry. Yes optiphen can be good alternative and can preserve your gel upto 1.5 years

Is it feasible to use optithen plus preservative in it.
Preservatives are just increase the shelf life of the end product so I don’t think that it will change its consistency
I have no idea of optithen plus preservative because i have never used it , if you are familiar with this preservative and its result you can try it ☺️

How to preserve it? Sodium benzoate can be used?
I have no idea of using sodium benzoate preservative as i never used it so I can’t say anything.
I usually use Geogard ECT as a preservative for my aloe vera gel

The reason for stickiness - May be You did not heat the aloevera gel water well .You have to heat it at low temperature until it becomes transparent and stop making white foggy structure
Second Reason- May be you add too much Carbomer or TEA in it .
The process should be in well proportion otherwise the result may vary .

Vitamin E and Rose water doesn’t have properties to make aloevera in gel form ….
But if you use natural aloevera with rose water and vitamin-e it will surely make your skin clean ,brighter and healthier

Ha aap shelf life bhadane ke liye 3-4 drops BTMS ya fir geogard ect or geogard 221 preservatives use kr skti hain
Notes - preservatives ko 6-8 hours ki process hone ke baad hi daanle phle nhi

Shelf life In fridge -45 days
At room temperature-10 days
By adding few drops of geogard ect or geogard 221 preservative you can increase its shelf life upto 10-12 months
Note- preservatives should be add in the end
