But i come for the journey not the outcome. As do many people. Thing is i found you because of Ken and Dave, Cinnamontoastken. Ive heard youre threatening and copyright striking channels for talking about your channel in a way you dont approve. Its largely because of them that i even know of you, and its the same for many others. And its extremely dissapointing to see you start targeting them, maybe thinking youre going to get some kind of payout or that theyre the only ones joking etc. Youre not, and They have the freedom to reference your video and add commentary. Make jokes etc. Perhaps this works on small channels that cant defend themselves. But thats not a good look to start threatening people. Instead of biting the hand that feeds, why not work WITH them? This would get you more subs and views instead of making everyone upset. I dont want to see your channel fail because of greed or unnecessary anger. Youre good people. Anyways, Happy Holidays. This episode is all about the classic combo-bacon, chips, and eggs. Except, Kay’s take on it was... let's just say, less than classic. First off, she drops the chips into oil that’s as calm as a pond on a windless day. No bubbles, no sizzle-just a silent, oily swim for those poor chips. The oil was so still you could have used it as a mirror, and let’s not even start on the state of that fryer basket-it’s got more crust than a burnt pie! Then there’s the bacon saga. It went into a cold pan. Cold! As if bacon needed a gentle wake-up call instead of a sizzling hot greeting. And the eggs-oh, the egg! She dumped it straight into the middle of the bacon pan, yolk first, like she was performing some sort of culinary sacrifice. And then, to add insult to injury, she flipped the egg, murdering any chance of a runny yolk which was already pierced in any case, leaving everything overcooked and oil-drenched. And the kicker? She claims she’s never heard of eggs, bacon, and chips together. I’m sorry, what? Has she been living under a culinary rock? The chips came out pale and sad, the bacon too salty, and then she has the cheek to say, “Don’t complain the chips aren’t done. Try getting them brown without burning!” As if crispy, golden chips are some sort of urban legend. Kay, we love you, but cooking chips isn't rocket science-it’s done successfully every day by breakfast joints and home cooks across the globe. Maybe it’s time to scrape that fryer basket and give those pans a good scrub. Or at least pretend to care about the basics of fry-cookery! Truly, this channel has to be an elaborate joke, right? No one could get this wrong so consistently without a hint of mischief. Hats off if this is all performance art-Kay’s Cooking might just be the most under-appreciated satirical act on the internet!

hey Kay, can you please make this chicken meal I used to have as a child: 1kg chicken mince 2 tablespoons parsley 2 tablespoons basil 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 eggs, whisked 250g of breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons minced garlic 100g of cheese (your choice) 100g of flour chicken soup (optional for sauce) 250ml of cream (or non-dairy alternative) lots of salt and pepper 1. take half of the cream, the soy sauce, parsley, basil, eggs, garlic and mince and put in a bowl. mix together well. 2. add the breadcrumbs and mix some more. 3. if the mixture is too wet, add the flour. then add the cheese and the rest of the cream and mix some more. season with salt and pepper. 5. now shape into balls, roughly the size of golf balls 6. now shallow fry the balls for about 5-10 min. 7. then finish them in the oven for around 20 min. 8. in the meantime, warm up the soup if you want a sauce with it, we sometimes used leftover chicken fat 9. take the cooked balls and plate up, pouring the sauce over, finish with salt and pepper.

No, it will just give her more attention and negative feedback and she doesnt have the right mindset to take it in board. Big RUclipsrs were the ones to help her channel grow but if she doesn’t appreciate the support by deleting critical comments then why give her more attention.
Kay, it may help to get a thermometer that is designed for checking the oil temperature. You can get ones that you place in the fryer or a handheld one where you just hold it over the oil and click a button and do a temp reading. You want the oil hot before putting in the chips so they don't soak up the oil and crisp up right away. It's worth googling what cooking temperatures are appropriate for different types of cooking. For the bacon, I have done it in a cold pan start and also in a warmed up pan. Either will work but you just have be mindful of the temperature you start your pan at and don't cook things on high as it will cook the outside too quick and leave the middle undercooked. Bacon I would cook a medium high and turn it down to medium. I can flip an egg no problem but some people struggle as it breaks the yolk. My husband has that problem so what he does it place a lid over the pan so the top of the egg steams and cooks. This way he still has the runny yolk for dipping without breaking. Again keep this at a medium low heat. Also for cooking eggs, this is a personal thing, I like to cook them in a separate pan with a little butter heated up before cracking my egg into it. Not too much butter as I don't want my egg swimming in it but enough to keep it from sticking to the pan. I appreciate that you try and then work on improving your skills. keep at it. I also want to mention that I never would have found your channel without having other channels talk about it. Yes, they may seem as mean sometimes but they have certainly brought the internet traffic to your site. Perhaps try collaborating with them would bring even more. Use a sense of humor with these guys. Cinnamon toast Ken, you should make cinnamon toast video for him and perhaps mention him. He does seem to really like you. Perhaps not so much your cooking but I think he likes you as a person. Then there is August Duck. I think a roast duck video to take a fun jab back at him would be great. Perhaps you are not used to good honest ribbing and joking around but I find these channels that tease about your cooking skills are generating a lot of positive for your channel. We like you Kay and we like these guys. Collaborate together as it can be a great thing all around. The fans of your channel and theirs would love this.

Could you please do my favorite dish Rice Atole, itws super simple and really yummy ingredients Units: US 1 1⁄2 cups long-grain white rice, uncooked 2 cups water 1 large cinnamon stick (or 2 smaller ones) 4 cups milk, warmed (see description) 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla (or more, to taste) 3⁄4 cup sugar directions In a large saucepan or pot, combine water, rice and cinnamon sticks and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cover pot and heat for 10 minutes or until water is absorbed. Add the warmed milk, cover and continue to cook over low heat for another 15-20 minutes stirring after 8-10 minutes. (The mixture will thicken as the rice absorbs the milk). Add the sugar and vanilla and continue to simmer (uncovered) for 3-5 minutes to dissolve sugar completely (It will thicken even more as it cools). Place into a large serving dish or individual custard cups. Place cinnamon stick on top and sprinkle with ground cinnamon for garnish if desired. Serve warm or cold, for dessert, snack, or breakfast.

Where are the mean comments? All the comments I see are just people who just don't want her to ruin her RUclips channel. Let's not live in LaLa land, her cooking is aweful, but her personality is fun and charming, that's why people watch. Also, probably 90% of her subs came from reaction channel viewers, so legitimate critisim not to copyright strike them is valid. You shouldn't treat her like a child, she should know her cooking is terrible and just have fun with it.

800g caster sugar
200ml full-fat milk
125g butter
397g tin condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
Combine all of the ingredients, apart from the vanilla, in a large, deep saucepan. Put the pan over a medium heat and simmer, stirring often, until the mixture turns a dark caramel colour, about 30 minutes. Keep an eye on it, if it catches reduce the heat accordingly.
Add the vanilla bean paste and increase the heat to a boil. When it reaches 120C on a sugar thermometer, pour into a big bowl and leave to cool for a couple of minutes. Beat the mixture for about 10 minutes with a spatula or wooden spoon until grainy and it loses its shine. Spread the mixture evenly over a lined 40cm/15¾in baking tray and leave for at least 2 hours at room temperature or until completely cool.
Once completely cool and set, cut into squares to serve.

Kay, it may help to get a thermometer that is designed for checking the oil temperature. You can get ones that you place in the fryer or a handheld one where you just hold it over the oil and click a button and do a temp reading. You want the oil hot before putting in the chips so they don't soak up the oil and crisp up right away. It's worth googling what cooking temperatures are appropriate for different types of cooking. For the bacon, I have done it in a cold pan start and also in a warmed up pan. Either will work but you just have be mindful of the temperature you start your pan at and don't cook things on high as it will cook the outside too quick and leave the middle undercooked. Bacon I would cook a medium high and turn it down to medium. I can flip an egg no problem but some people struggle as it breaks the yolk. My husband has that problem so what he does it place a lid over the pan so the top of the egg steams and cooks. This way he still has the runny yolk for dipping without breaking. Again keep this at a medium low heat. Also for cooking eggs, this is a personal thing, I like to cook them in a separate pan with a little butter heated up before cracking my egg into it. Not too much butter as I don't want my egg swimming in it but enough to keep it from sticking to the pan. I appreciate that you try and then work on improving your skills. keep at it. I also want to mention that I never would have found your channel without having other channels talk about it. Yes, they may seem as mean sometimes but they have certainly brought the internet traffic to your site. Perhaps try collaborating with them would bring even more. Use a sense of humor with these guys. Cinnamon toast Ken, you should make cinnamon toast video for him and perhaps mention him. He does seem to really like you. Perhaps not so much your cooking but I think he likes you as a person. Then there is August Duck. I think a roast duck video to take a fun jab back at him would be great. Perhaps you are not used to good honest ribbing and joking around but I find these channels that tease about your cooking skills are generating a lot of positive for your channel. We like you Kay and we like these guys. Collaborate together as it can be a great thing all around. The fans of your channel and theirs would love this.

ingredients
Units: US
1 1⁄2
cups long-grain white rice, uncooked
2
cups water
1
large cinnamon stick (or 2 smaller ones)
4
cups milk, warmed (see description)
1⁄2
teaspoon vanilla (or more, to taste)
3⁄4
cup sugar
directions
In a large saucepan or pot, combine water, rice and cinnamon sticks and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cover pot and heat for 10 minutes or until water is absorbed.
Add the warmed milk, cover and continue to cook over low heat for another 15-20 minutes stirring after 8-10 minutes. (The mixture will thicken as the rice absorbs the milk).
Add the sugar and vanilla and continue to simmer (uncovered) for 3-5 minutes to dissolve sugar completely (It will thicken even more as it cools).
Place into a large serving dish or individual custard cups. Place cinnamon stick on top and sprinkle with ground cinnamon for garnish if desired. Serve warm or cold, for dessert, snack, or breakfast.

Kay. Darling. You have to understand that the people love you for you. Not your cooking, although it is good. The way you keep it simple and talk like a loved grandmother/mother to us as you make your dishes is what we love about it. Truth be told I would not have ever known you existed if it wasn’t for Cinnamon Toast Ken’s channel. He finds you and you cooking endearing and chose to share you with the world. Where are the mean comments? All the comments I see are just people who just don't want her to ruin her RUclips channel. Let's not live in LaLa land, her cooking is aweful, but her personality is fun and charming, that's why people watch. Also, probably 90% of her subs came from reaction channel viewers, so legitimate critisim not to copyright strike them is valid. You shouldn't treat her like a child, she should know her cooking is terrible and just have fun with it.
