how does paseka win any medals with that form?
They lower the difficulty score and she executed very well. I did ask the same when saw her in Rio. I think she wouldn't comeback after London.
I don't understand either, her form is not good.
Raisman was was overscored with those bent knees.
I mean compared to the other gymnasts, she wasn’t any more overscored than them (besides Biles and Mustafina). Sure her legs weren’t great, but she wouldn’t get more than .1 off for that, compared to Pasekas extreme leg bend and separation that looked almost like a full on straddle. She had more height than Un Jong and her landing was better than those shown before her (besides Mustafina). I respect your opinion, but I feel that they were pretty evenly scored.

There's 3 flights in vaulting.
1st flight- She had a massive leg seperation before hitting the horse- 0.1 deduction( could even be -0.3), both bent knees - 0.1 & -0.1
2nd flight- lack of height, regardless of what you say, if you compared any vaults to Simone is lack of height -0.1, legs seperation -0.1, feet not pointed -0.1, both bent knees again -0.1 -0.1.
3rd landing- legs not together upon landing less than shoulder length -0.1, movement of 1 foot -0.1, not landing directly on the/ either side of the middle line -0.1 (directional fault)
She was obviously over-scored without a doubt. These deductions are all stated in the COP guide. You can even check them out yourself.

I'm just saying facts that she withdraw from a competition while the other athletes didn't get the same exposure and spotlight like biles no matter how hard they work for it, but they never quit. So?

@@meplenn you didn't write it, but that's what could've happened if she continued performing. If she had lost control in the air during her bars dismount and landed on her head, she would've got a major concussion or even hurt her spine. If she had the worst of the twisties on the floor, she could've suffered the same fate as Elena Mukhina.
Aly's score was basically the most infalted vaults ever.
She basically had issues on all 3 flights of her vault.

I feel like Paseka and Raisman were both a little overstated. I adore Aly so I hate to say that but it's pretty clear in the slow motion playback that her form was pretty off. Too bad the judges don't get to see all the angles the audience does.

if you mean she’s not medalled at olympics, you’re right, however the korean team was banned in 2012 from competing so rio 2016 was her first olympics since then, and she fell. if you’re not just talking olympics, she got bronze at 2013 worlds, won 2014 worlds and silver at 2015 worlds.

Because reading easier than writing , simone better because wonen gymnastics become has mor difficulties than previous years, at decades before age of gymnast younger from recent year because difficulties need more Experience and training

@@uniquepavel no.. the only event where Suni scores higher than Biles is the Uneven bars which she is a specialist of, plus she’s not training elite anymore after the Olympics. she enrolled in Auburn University to compete in collegiate gymnastics. she may do a comeback to elite but most likely as a UB specialist instead of an all-rounder. Suni’s margin of victory was less than 2 tenths (0.2) while Biles’ margin of victory at Rio was 2 whole points (2.0) for the AA gold medal so that shows you the dominance Simone has/had in this sport. using Simone’s qualification scores for AA during Tokyo 2020, she beats Suni if she didn’t withdraw from the competition..
Nah it should have simone occupying top 5 spots cuz she had the 5 highest vault score of the competition.

As for me, Aliya wasn't overscored, she had good block, distance and great landing, i think it's 0.3 leg seperation, 0. 3 bent knees(90 °) and 0.1 landing
