The lead designer of the Speed Champions line, Chris, was reassigned to City this year and I think this latest round of sets really shows it both ways. SC has regressed some while City has some amazing vehicles this year.

I mean, I don't watch F1 really but idc if they have a lot of sets, but they better give us a throw back to the 2015 sets...just imagine an 8-stud wide F1 car/team (2 cars/duo) and a HUGE F1 carrier truck to hold BOTH of them. THAT would be worth it, or even a "remake" of the AMG team set from 2017, I, and others I'm sure, would be willing to pay $200 for an insane display piece that's also a throwback.
The car looks really nice even without stickers. Surprised you were able to get the driver in without the arm in a weird position like other people have had to do. The past few waves have been early in Walmart Canada but these ones are nowhere to be seen yet 😭

@@thegreenbrickI would LOVE to see what they do with the Testarossa. Like the Countach, it's a pretty angular and blocky car, which should lend itself all too well to being a LEGO set!
I used to have the tributo, did you do something to make the windshield sit flush? I thought it couldn’t fit the rider without popping up but your looks perfect.
Some big pro’s on this one, but also a few big flaws. And that window for once, should not have side prints And FINALLY some proper wheel inserts. That was so much needed.

So if there were 2 bags with #4, I wouldn't be able to say "there are 4 numbered bags" and it may be confusing to say "there are 8 numbered bags" if they were marked 1, 2, 3, 4, but had two of each. For these reasons I like to refer to them as building stages.

Stickers = huge fail on Lego. Great while they last, but it's my experience that they rot. Minifig is rubbish. Headlights are trash (that MOC builders have come up with more elegant solutions). Side windows should extend down to the brick. The rear 1/3 of the car is fantastic, the rest is mediocre at best. It's a 5 out of 10. Lego need to lift their game.

I did a super weird mod with mine a pit a piece of the bag has headlights cover that way way can still see the headlights details
