I wish they integrated lighting with all there modular buildings something legos need to work on.

The one thing I will say about the new boxes is that It takes me forever to pack those things nowadays, especially if you want to get the max number of pieces. I didn't do it as much for the cups because you could never maximize the space fully in those, but for the boxes I pretty much try and max everything that can be connected together. Then I throw some random loose pieces from the mixed drawers (people are always surprised when I show them how you can pull those out from the wall to look all through them) to get a nice heaping box. I went from spending maybe 20 mins at the wall to up to an hour... Sometimes I wonder if it's worth it.

the Audi s1 etron is really cool, the only thing that I didn’t like was the 2 clear pieces that held together the rear wing, so I ended up glueing it together and it looks better

Making it all black or yellow would be a nice alternative... And trying to make the front Flames in Lego pieces too... Many ideas to change the stickers but having the parts is hard, and buying them only hads to the price !

How to fix the back of the Nascar set, to have brick built tail lights ? The stickers in many Speed Champions cars make the sets lose personality, if we don't want to use them... To me the lights and the cars logo/brand symbol, always should be printed pieces, since it is what gives them the recognizable look...

best organization I've seen. Very well thought out. Mine is similar but went with all Ikea bins rather than the yellow ones. I think I'm going to have to make the switch for at least some of the thinner drawers though. For a lot of smaller elements, even the small ikea containers are just too large and waste too much space. for my larger drawers I use Ikea Glis containers (the 3 pack) they are the perfect height, the other containers waste too much space. That said, they are only good for larger elements or elements you have a lot of.

The F40 spoiler is wrong... should no be like that. The headlights are not good either, but easy fix, and then voilá an amazing Speed Champions model ! The Nascar looks good, but i won't use stickers so it should be funny to not use them...

Unpopular opinion: I like mine the way it is, good looking model for the buck

By the way, the extantable platform doesnt need to go back bc the train can still pass the platform without even touching the extented platform 😂

I did a super weird mod with mine a pit a piece of the bag has headlights cover that way way can still see the headlights details

I cite the Speed Champions Countach, along with Optimus Prime, as the set that got me back into LEGO. I remember walking into a LEGO store for my birthday a couple of years ago, and being amazed at just how accurate they got the design! It helps that the Countach is already a very angular, blocky car lol. The build was exceptionally fun, with the way the rear end came together, I had lots of fun wooshing it around the table like a little kid, and it was overall a shining highlight of my 22nd birthday.

Good review of the GWPs. I didn’t know there was a GWP from Walmart too. I like that Lego Masters trophy

When you change the street car set to the train magnets, do you think it's possible to motorize the set? I have wanted to make the set into a monorail for my city since it came out.
