The knot things look quite cool just as ornaments and those red life preserver pieces might be good for mocs. Not sure if it's worth it. The kiosk would be cool for any Lego city and I like the gumball machine. However I'm not sure if that's enough to make me buy the Tudor corner right now even though it's a great modular.
Modulars typically do not go on sale so the best time to purchase them is opening day with all the gwps or on double insider weeks. So whether it’s worth purchasing on day one will depend on how awesome the gwps are.
