Iv been there rain and shine and both incredible, make the trip... and there are plenty of tunnels and fortifications inland within walking distance to explore too... 2 tunnels. And also of gun mounts. I know where all bar kne are bit that's the longest walk from the fort and my legs killed that day haha

Norton there is a sunken American ship in the mouth of the Thames that is full of ammo weapons and explosives i think it's the SS Richard Montgomery still has around 1400 tonnes of explosives inside, Low tide it can be seen from Sheerness on the Isle of Sheppey as the ship is only 2.5 miles from shore.
That is such a cool place would love to live out there in that I have seen this on a few different vids by different exploring vids from iks to exploring with fighters
