Maaaan you are right on time with this video! I just replaced all my drums and shoes and check valves and brake release vale on my 96 W9 and then they started hanging up and I narrowed it down to the foot pedal brake valve! It will release when I press real hard from a dead stop , but if you press mid way they hang up. I changed that dreaded valve before and it ain't no picnic! Darn genius Paccar engineers...geesh! I will try this first and pray that solves the problem. Thanks again for the video ✌
I never cared for the under floor valve. All of our flat nose school busses have this (International). And they freeze during winter cause the valve is exposed to the weather. My favorite is the suspended air valve/brake pedal (under dash) which our international conventional busses have, I think the reason why these don’t freeze is cause the valve is inside where it’s heated and not exposed to the eliments
