Thanks for the excellent information Mike! One thing that disappointed me on a recent visit, is the high number of illegal foreigners sub-letting Thai properties, mainly Russians, to be honest. This illegal practice is inflating prices for locals and other retired internationals on Koh Samui. I'm honestly surprised Thai authorities don't crack down on this practice.
I dont find big condos as phuket (or bkk), i know is an island. I only saw they building one in chaweng for next year but pretty much nothing. I'd love to have in that part of the coast a nice big condo for foreigners.
Hey Mike! Is it possible to rent an apartment in Thailand for a year as a tourist? I understand one would need to leave the country and come back in, but do property owners/managers allow it?

What else would you expect from gangsters.

Awesome. Welcome to Koh Samui. I think you will like Lamai it's quieter with a beautiful beach.
Most informative video I have seen of Koh Samui rentals and locations. THANKS !!!!
Thanks so much. I'm glad it was helpful for you! 😊

There's not many condo options to choose from in Samui. I recommend checking out Replay Residences in Bangrak.

Yes it's definitely possible. I've been renting as a tourist for years.
@@AbroadInThailand good to know. Thanks!
Do you suggest FazWaz at all to find a place
Not really. FazWaz is better for villa sales.
