- A cinematic look at my trip to Japan, filmed on the Fujifilm X-S20.
From the vibrant streets of Tokyo to the peaceful temples of Kyoto, this video captures the highlights of my journey. This was the most awaited trip of my life and I was not disappointed at all. I love this country on so many levels.
Experience the culture, landscapes, and moments that made this trip unforgettable with me and I hope you will enjoy my shots.
This feels so seamless-everything just clicks. Love how Japan’s energy shines through in such a low-key way. Cheers!
Beautiful! I especially love your rain and floating boat shots, very cinematic!
This is beautiful, I keep coming back to it.
The sound effects completely elevate it.
Thank you for the inspiration.
Thanks for watching! I'm glad the sound effects added something special. 🙏🫶

Could you please post a longer video of 0:30 th frame, two persons on a beach at sunset. Seemed pleasant to the eyes.
I just bought the camera few hours ago and youtube recommended your video to me. Great great video, really motivated me to learn how to use this camera
Niice ! Thanks for your kind words. And yeah, this camera is amazing for its price range, it can do crazy stuff ! Good luck on your journey:)

Loved every frame!! Really well done! Do you have tips on nailing exposure?
Amazing video for an amazing place ! Was there in august with my brothers, I had brought my XH1 with me but ended up not taking that many videos and photos because It was a bit annoying to carry around :/
I know the feeling, carrying all that gear around can be a bit of a hassle haha but its worth it sometimes
Damnnnn brroooo ,its greaatttt . Did u use dehancer? Which lense did u use and any other spec in colour grading process , would like to know
Hi ! Well thanks for your comment man, appreciate it ! Unfortunately i do not own dehancer (kind of expensive:/ ). For this i used my own powergrade preset and LUT and did sone adjustments. I mainly ised the tamron 17-70mm f2.8 for this video. Hope it helped :)
The sound is so crisp bro HOWWW
Thanks ! Shotgun microphone for audio recording + sound design in Davinci Resolve :)
Nicee dude, which shotgun mic do you use?
@@FizzyGoldTing0 RODE video mic pro shotgun mic
@@LifeOfHugoo Sick dude
What level do you set your mic at? Do you do any post on sound?
Very calming and inspiring ! Subbed 😊
Thanks a lot !
YES
So beautiful man ! Excellent! Subbed ! I just made a Tokyo cinematic myself with I think quite similar grading !
i saw, is it orange teal color grading? did you use DaVinci for grading the color?
@ yup !classic orange blue grading and I used da Vinci resolve too
@@joshhoe awesome color grading
@ thanks Amrit !
love all the shots ! can i know which lens did you use ?
@@kanaerawrrr hey ! Glad you like it ! I used mainly the tamron 17-70mm f2.8
I Love your style
@@jaimecarras6024 thank you !!
thanks youtube algorithm, when the first clip rolled, u got my attention, this is the same look what I am trying to make, I was so happy to see that u used xs20 (camera I bought recently) and I can see what it is capable of. What lens are you using and what setting are you recording on ? and did you color grade it yourself ? and probably u used filter aswell ? :D man ,can I join with you for your next travel to japan ? :D
Thanks for your kind message !! I used mainly two lens for these clips.
1) Tamron 17-70mm F2.8 which id say is a really good overall lens
2) fujinon 18-55mm f2.8
Also i did color grade it myself on davinci resolve (filmed on flog2) hope this helped :)
The settings were different for every shot but mainly Flog2, 4K 25fps. I also used an Nd filter / mist filter for some shots. Also used my own powergrade and Lut that I made for davinci.
Ooh also forgot but obviously H.265 4:2:2 10 bits with 360mpbs
Love this, trying to choose between the Fuji XS20 and Sony a6700 right now.
Both are very good you can't go wrong ! Though I think the Sony is a better option if you are beginning as fuji is a bit harder to use / colo grade compared to s-log3 and just general camera function.
nice... ☺
Thanks !!
👍👍👍
What lenses did u use? Amazing composition btw!!!
Thanks 🙏 for this trip i mainly used the tamron 17-70mm F2.8
Interesting atmosphere and colors. Did you use Dehancer for colors?
Nope unfortunately i do not own dehancer its quite expensive. I used my own powergrade and color graded it manually
@@LifeOfHugoo is it DaVinci?
@@amrit_Designs yes it is ! :)
🖤
wow color grading and clip changing with music beat, i think thumbnail 0:10, 1:47 would be "Frames of Japan"

Thanks for the sub ! And yeah the a7R V is craaazy. I’m saving up for an FX3 personally but I might get the a7R V instead for hybrid photography.
Hope you can get it soon !!
