Hellooo, to finish off the Japan series I decided to make one last giga-video with all the footage from the various film photography trips I was able to experience in Japan. I'm thinking this could be cool to just put on in the background while working on something, a bit like a photography version of a study-with-me video :D
Also big thank you to Squarespace for sponsoring the video! Head to www.squarespace.com/teocrawford to save 10% off your first purchase of a website or domain using code "TEOCRAWFORD".
I hope you enjoy it, have a good week!
This was not only a great background vid you took all the giga time to make, but I'm watching it too. It's therapeutic, soothing and eases my soul. That song choice in the video around 2:57... PERFECT. Would love to get the artist and name of the song. That's the good stuff! Thank you again from Texas for bringing this video to the front. LOVE to see more of this.
Thank you for this Teo! You’re such an inspo!
Omg fancy seeing you here! What a huge flex to say Gawx watches your videos
Aww thank you so much Gawx🥹❤️
I knew you'd be here
Your videography has improved so much
MY FAVORITE CREATIVESSS AHHHH 💗
Maaaaan, there is no way someone can just leave the video playing in the background... such a nice footage and well picked music!
You’re my biggest inspiration when it comes to photography.
no frrrr
Ohh my, thank you so much!🥺🫶🏼
literally bro same for me
Me too… I literally just started film photography ever since I found your yt channel
Teo: I'm writing to you from Argentina. I am a regular observer of travel videos, walking tours, etc. I want to congratulate you for your excellent work of photography and editing of this video that has led me to know those beautiful places that Japan has. The music is inspiring and perfectly accompanies every image, every intention that you have wanted to give to this material. I appreciate this video that I have enjoyed it a lot and I have it saved to watch it at any time. In my country, when we say goodbye to someone for whom we feel great affection or admiration or because we like their work, we end with a "I send you a big hug" and thank you again for sharing your work with us.
Am I the only one that gets Studio Ghibli vibes watching this? Especially with the fantastic music choices. Lovely.
Almost sad to see this is the last one of the japan series, it was truly an amazing work from you each time !
I‘m sad about it yeah😭😂 But I will be returning to Japan as soon as possible and will of course bring you along again✨☺️
@@teocrawford Nice to hear ! Impatient to see what you will bring into life until then 👏
this is such a visual treat; once when I can finally visit japan, i'd love to experience japan with this full of love and wonder POV, like how you portray. It is relaxing and all the right slices of life. I cannot emphasize this enough, I love this 2 hours documentary of yours!
Two full hours?! I love this!!
I love listening to your videos in the background while studying or going on walks with my camera myself so this type of video is greatly appreciated 😭😭
Aww amazing, I‘m so happy! Thank you for the kind words🥹🫶🏼
So that's why it took 30 hours to render the video! 😅 already enjoying it so much! Great work Teo! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Amazing country, amazing photography, amazing film, amazing editing, sequence and music. Even you synchronized each sequence on the first beat of new bar (from the music)! Man, you're AMAZING!
So motivational. The photographer makes the photo not the camera. Absolutely beautiful work
love your work, its not only inspired me creatively but just watching your vids makes each day more 'chill' lol big ups dude
Aww that’s amazing, love that! Thank you for your kind words🥹🫶🏼
This inspired me to clean and organize my room in which I recently moved in. Thank you for this beautiful video.
Dear Teo: thank you for sharing this wonderful journey. It reminds me of my dream trip to Japan back in 2016. My friends are from Nagano prefecture. We went to the Snow Monkeys, Matsumoto Castle, and they even went back to Tokyo to visit Asakusa, Akihabara and Odaiba with me. We also went to Kyoto. Your film brought back the memories, I got emotional watching it. Japan really is like a dream..the sounds, views, people, food.. thank you.
I am obsessed with this video, everything is just perfect. the sound design or should i say the selection of music, it is just superb. the photographs, the clips from japan. the environment of japan itselt. i have rewatched this so many times, i play it when i'm doing something or studying, a study with me with this music would be amazing. amazing video teo, love all the way from asia !!
used this to study, I didnt even know I was studying. Definitely need more videos like this, thank you Teo!
Another absolute masterpiece from Teo. Outstanding.
Hi Teo! This is such a soothing way of displaying the lovely little moments. I loved that you showcased videos and mixed in photos. It felt like we were going through your camera roll. 🙂
So beautiful, Ill be in japan for the first time in 17 days. Gonna bring my digicam and thinking of bringing my old EOS 1100D from my mother to practise photography
Thank you for this beautiful video. It brought real peace to my soul. It made me think about a lot of things, specially the things I really want in life and what my priorities are. Thank you.
Teo I just want to say thank you for your art and for sharing these moments and captured memories with all of us! 🙏 Because of you and your videos and photos I got inspired and motivated to dive into the world of film photography! I bought an Olympus XA3 which has brought me so just joy while using, and I also bought an Olympus OM-1 SLR which I'll be getting delivered from Japan this week! I also dropped off my first 3 rolls of film earlier today to have developed, and I'm so excited (and a bit nervous as well lol) to see the results! The way you see the world and capture moments in time thru your cameras is breathtaking and beautiful to witness! Thank you again SO much! ❤
huge respect from Japan!!! It's so amazing to see a video like this, makes me feel proud of my own country :)
I love this! You're one of the reasons I got into analog photography. Thank you.
Awesome stuff man, you inspired me and got me to get my own camera last week. Can't wait to shoot beautiful scenes :)
your videos are amazing and inspiring ❤ I can stare at your photos for hours, not knowing when the time passes. Thanks for that!
This touched me so much! There is so much artful beauty in every scene and photo! First time visit to Japan later this year 🙏✨💜
i actually love your photography and creativity, love it when you post
My fav photography inspiration
Teo I loooove your content. Haha I love how you clocked that I would put this on the background as I work. Keep it up, I'm a fan
I watched this through over two days and now I just put it on in the back ground when I work xD its so relaxing
Love your content man.
This is my fav video cuz I get to put it on the background for a long time and look at aesthetic pictures and videos.
Love this. It’s such a chill vibe. I grew up across Southern California, and there is so much similar in the landscape and streets. Of course, every so often there is something quintessentially Japanese, that will break the spell…but many times I’ll look up and the scene will remind me of home - even though I’ve never been there. 🙂
oh how i love this
THIS is what RUclips is for. Thank you for your work, Teo. It is beautiful and helped this view wind down after work.
Thank you so much. I’ll come back to this whenever I have a hard day.
Beautiful. The blooming effect is lovely.
Just subscribed because THIS is amazing and beautiful 😍
Thank you so much for this content
Nice colors you got there, matches the warm sky of japan that time of the year
better than a movie
so inspiring dude! Love it!
Lovely! I love the long video. It is keeping me company at work
Your work and process is inspirational ❤️
Gorgeous work
The beauty of Japan looks so expensive and was not built overnight.
It's like visiting a tourist spot, but every corner of the village and city is constructed like a tourist destination.
No wonder many people admire it and continue to visit to see it firsthand.
Sorry if wrong..
I’m just getting started with photography, and your work is very exciting and inspiring!
this is just absolutely fantastic
Love this kind of vedio so much!
Thank you for such a beautiful video. Keep up the great work 💝
wonderful video! all the music in it are korean lyrics songs though. seems like a film about korea because of the BGM
Thank you!
You’re such an inspiring artist, wonderful work, priceless experience and loved how all pictures turned out ✨
Aww thank you so much!😭🫶🏼
Man Teo thats awesome!
Teo you’re so inspiring that your films always give me such a nice heartwarming feeling that always makes my day, keep up the good work dude, you’re amazing really
Aww that’s so cool to hear, thank you so much!🥹🙏🏼
This will be my morning program, I‘m sooo looking forward to indulge in this tomorrow !!!

Hi how are you? My name is Rafaela and I'm from Brazil. This is the first time I've seen a video of your channel, I thought it was incredibly sensitive! I love the mix of video and photos of the moments, watching your video gave me a sense of peace, I signed up and I will definitely recommend it to others. Your work is very special.
Konichiwa Teo San… this is so good
❤✌️
Truly superb. I even hoped most of the time the clips had lasted 3x as long to better enjoy them.
영상미 미쳤어,,❤️👍🏻
Teo, would you ever do a video on your in-camera video settings and how you color grade and all that?
I absolutely loved this! No way I could do something else with this in the background haha. Is there a chance we can get a list of the music you used for this video?
Wow! I feel like..I became the big fan of you :)
Thank you; have a blessed day. :>
Fantastic, Teo!! Been half watching half listening while working, and love it. Mind sharing the track list? Saw that the songs were from ep. sound but sadly couldn't find them :( Cheers, more of this!
waww nicee
Nice video, but what threw me off was the Korean music over Japanese footage lol
new sub
man I miss Japan
깊은 영감을 받았어요 고마워요 :)
perfeito!
This video looks great, can you share how you graded it, appreciate that.
멋진 영상 잘 봤습니다!
Peace
Good work, love this video so much
Just wondering, did you capture the pictures from a video? I saw them in the same direction as the video. Thank you
Thank you!🥹🫶🏼
Sorry I don’t understand the question? The pictures were all taken on film and most of the time I just filmed a quick clip after shooting the photo to then make these videos🙌🏼
I am surprised that korean songs come 😊😊 beautiful good match
I was wondering what camera you used for the video, and would be great to get the answer. thank you, and yes, your work is very good and inspiring. Greet from Jakarta
Just Awesome Video U Presented, Photography is also Wonderful, Which 2 cameras U actually Used Brother...?
The hlg 2 plus dehancer combo is sick, much better than slog3 and dehancer
👍❤
is the video recorded with a promist filter? Or done in post? Love the dreamy mood!
GREAT VIDEO!! WHAT FILM CAMERA AND FILM DID U USE?
Aww thank you! Ohhh all sorts😅 Mostly a Pentax K1000 or an Olympus Mjuii 170vf. But films I used all sort from Fuji 100, Fuji Premium 400 to Kodak Gold and Ultramax🤷🏻♂️
If you want to see some more details you can check out my Instagram, where I share many of these photos accompanied by some hashtags with the camera and the film (if I remember it lol).
How do u achieve the soft look and soft edges🤤🤤🤤 iz it using diffuser lens??
어쩌다보니 일본영상을 찾아보다가 여기까지 왔습니다. 일본의 풍경안에 bgm은 한국의 음악이라 더 좋네요~~.
The soundtrack is a Korean song
Hey, Im not sure if you have mentioned this before or not but can I know when did you start learning Japanese and how long did it took for you to speak and converse fluently with it? Thank you!
I just briefly explained my story in the first Japan video back then haha. I‘m half Japanese and grew up speaking Japanese at home, so communication is not an issue for me in Japan. However I‘m really bad at reading and writing sadly, there‘s still so much to learn🙏🏼
@@teocrawford thank you so much for replying.. really appreciate it! Thats really awesome to hear. Im gonna rewatch your earlier jp videos again now hehe
Love ur videos and your work teo
@confusion85 the song is “feel so lucky” by Collin Lim
@@chu0nthat ayyy thank uso much mate
What camera you use ?
Mate, you list everything down to the rain protector in your description but I still don't know the most important peice of equipment:: what film cameras were you using?!?! Just the mju and .. was it an AE-1 I maybe spotted? Fill us in thanks.
Ohh lol true, I haven't updated that list with my analogue equipment haha :,D
I have a video on my camera collection if you want to go in a bit more depth.
In this video all the photos were shot on one of these three cameras: Olympus XA3, Olympus Mjuii 170vf, Pentax K1000
