It is easy just plan your day one day earlier and just experiment a little bit with your schedule Once you find the balance just try to stay on that I know we all are human beings not robots so kabhi kabhi aisa ho sakta hai ki schedule manage na ho paye but try to stay on that for 70-80% of the time I hope it will help :-)
