Thank you for the informative video! What's the actual difference between the different effects of a positive and a negative punishment? If we look at reinforcement, positive reinforcement has the effect that the specific behavior will be reinforced. However, in negative reinforcement, mostly, there will be another behavior reinforced instead of the actual behavior which should have actually been reinforced. So what is the difference between positive and negative punishment? Is negative punishment simply "stronger" than positive punishment or is there another difference as well?

Negative Punishment decreases a behavior (over time) when something is removed.
Negative Reinforcement increases a behavior (over time) when something is removed.

Its incorrect to say punish someone ( in this sense) you can only punish the behaviour
