This is one of the most helpful VEGAN videos I've watched . I puzzled over Gas n' Bloating since I thought I made good choices and added Probiotics and Ginger and many ideas of how to get around this . Fodmaps hadn't occurred to me . I most often used ripe Bananas , Avocados , Blueberries Celery , Apples etc etc etc. . . It's like I was specializing in Gas production ! 😄😂☺
When I first went vegan over 8 years ago I was SUPER gassy. 0 out of ten ⭐️ would NOT recommend 😅😂 I like that you’re telling people how to avoid it. Also I would advise that people intergrade the red foods so their bodies can get used to them. It’s important people don’t avoid things forever. Now I can eat those foods in whatever quantity I want with very little gas and bloating. I like your videos so far. I’m a registered dietetic technician.

Now as you eat more green your feeding the good guys and the bad bacteria should be vanishing as you eat better then you shouldn’t be so gassy right?

Does cooking high fodmap foods help with gas and bloating?
You want to eat less high FODMAP foods to help prevent gas and bloating.
Cooking does help. We are talking raw here.
My kids are allergic to nuts and it seems like cashews and walnuts are in loads of things. What can I use instead??
Sesame seeds can be an easy swap for most cashew dressings!
Im allergic to nuts so i use tahini (sesame seeds paste) or even less calories is silken tofu
