Just remember that all jobs ask going to ask you the same questions. My advice to you, just go through all his videos and you definitely will learn a lot from that man.

I recently found your channel and I am so grateful. I have worked at the same company for 21 years and was recently let go due to reduction in workforce. I am scheduled to interview with my former company at a different location. I seem to get very nervous during the interview process but now I am looking forward to my video conference interviews scheduled for later today. I am going for a walk in my neighborhood and then writing a summary of the top 3 questions they will ask and of course the infamous tell me alittle bit about yourself. I am meeting with 3 managers that I will be supporting as an administrative assistant. Thank you for posting these informative videos!

I want to say a big Thank You to you, Don! Your interview advice is top notch and anyone that takes the time to watch your videos will find it is time well invested. I was seriously struggling during interviews, failing one after another. I clearly looked good on paper because I was getting the interviews but when it came time to verbally communicate my skills and job worthiness, things just burned to the ground; I knew I had to do something. I found your channel, listened to and followed your advice, and in so doing was able to land not one but two job offers. I was able to choose the better of the two and in a great turn of events was able turn down the employer for a change!!

I have done lot of contract job which mean lot of interviews and every interview I always study this hand book. I am amazed after 3 year this guide is still helpful. I loved today's 3 questions. I was not aware of MP3, now I know so, I will buy it. It is worth buying so, I can listen while driving my car and prepare for my next contract job.

I totally agree we all need a paycheck but the employer looks for more than that they want people dedicated to the company, as a recruiter I had an potential employee go in for an interview they asked him why they were interested in the position, he said I just need a job man, cringe, do research on the company show enthusiasm, companies want employees that just do not want a job.

I need this job because I want to grow and be part of the company.
I love the brand and the identity of the company and love to prove myself and thrive and help the company along the way.
I want to be part of the company because I want to grow and be able to prove myself with the company.
    Why hire me?
The wide verity of skills and position that I been through can and will solve any problem you currently face are facing as a company.
My creative background and strong understanding of data and resources can tackle these problems. My experience sets me a mile higher than any competitor that you might have.
My last job I currently have is a post office but this work is not well correlated with my degree and even though I love my boss and get along well with my boss my pay isn’t that high and it gives limited hours.
I want to grow and be happy :)

Thank you so much Don for this insights, they are very helpful. I have a question please, I left my job to undergo a surgery 6Months ago and now I am ready to work again. Is it advisable to use this medical excuse to explain the gap?? What do you advise please?

WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP THE COMPANY GROW, WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP THE COMPANY INCREASE SALES AND WHAT CAN I DO TO CONTINUALLY IMPROVE THU MY PERFORMANCE. MOST EMPLOYEE NOWADAYS ARE COMING TO THE WORK AND JUST DO IT, I'M DIFFERENT. IT'S VERY RARE NOW TO HAVE AN EMPLOYEE WHO IS LOYAL TO THE COMPANY, SELF-MOTIVATED, COMMERCIALLY AWARE AND ABOVE AND BEYOND.
