Hi! I’m trying to do print and cut with cricut joy. But I have problem when I’m printing with my hp smart 555 it shows error and I cannot print. Do you have any idea how I can solve this? I think you’re more experienced with this type pf crafting. Thanks
It's hard to know what is causing your error without more specifics on the message you're getting. But the Joy doesn't support print then cut so you have to switch the machine to one that does, like the Maker or Explore series, to get the images to print. It doesn't matter if you actually have one of those machines, you just switch the machine in Design Space for the print then cut part. I hope that makes sense. That's my best guess about what may be causing the error.
