I know Xbox Live had some sign in issues recently. That can be the case. Also, do you have a Xbox 360 gamertag? You need one to be able to save on backwards compatible games. If not, create one.
While on your Xbox One, load up the game. When they ask you to sign in, you should be able to right there. Unless they've changed it with an update but you should be able to upload it.
Man soon games that are PlayStation only games are probably going to be for Xbox one soon that’s if PlayStation and Xbox are ok with each other which might not happen but a man can dream

It's works on any Xbox One and no, you don't need game pass to play it. Just the disc or digital copy.

The game itself isn't free. It was a couple months ago. Either you buy it digitally, physically, or get game pass because I think it's on there too.

Cool, it should work then. If it doesn't show up for you, you might have to install it on your Xbox One is all. You can do it on the same screen.
