Good, fun video. As both a backpacker and canoeist, I'm oriented towards light weight; no ice chest, cast iron, etc. I also tend to eat the heaviest foods, first. I love the tuna pouches and spot on about mixing in relish & mayo in the pouch. I use the little fast food packets and add some tarragon or for variety, lemon pepper. Small, light, tasty & easy to pack out your trash.... Just remember, you can tune a guitar but you can't tune-a-fish.... it's just tuna, lol. (you wouldn't say Bass-fish,) BTW, my cardiologist loves your menu....said it paid for his new Porsche. Only negative...canned chili.... I get why, I just don't like it....Carrol Shelby would roll over in his grave....Cheers!
