Aspect Tower (ruclips.net/video/uRY7XzccQa8/видео.html) in Business Bay has lifts with M-Line fixtures (albeit with Vander indicators) also. I suppose there could be M-Line Schindler installations within those older buildings around Deira, but haven't seen one in person yet.
