Which of the tasks the main IGL usually takes? The pre-round planning? the mid-rounding? which ones are the best to delegate to your teammates? And when youre starting a new team, what is best to work on first ? its very confusing what to work on first
I'm a long standing IGL for several teams and I have to say that most of the work will come from the IGL. Unless you have a 2nd leader, or task someone with the "mid-round calling", essentially you would have to do all the work in order to take your team in the right path. One main goal of the IGL is to guide your fellow teammates to a certain direction so that there are no mishaps nor mistakes. I've also had experience creating a new team (as it is my current team) and for me the best thing you should work on first is team flexibility. Finding people who know more than one or two roles can drastically change the way the team as a whole can play, because of the flexibility of not only yourself, but of your own teammates.
You can apply a lot of the things for cs. Except ignore the agent and ability aspect. Instead think about individual enemies (maybe their colors). People in cs play one site on CT a lot and rarely will switch things up. Some will anchor some won't, you'll find out in a match
@@DonutFlameFPSthis however doesn’t apply to high level teams in CS, more times then not all these things apply to your average MM game or a PUG. However when your in high levels games with teams who can fake stacks with dropped ultil, mess with rotations on tighter lane maps then valorant, csgo also has more ultilty per player that can be thrown and used in various ways for map control as a progression slowly or fast rather then valorant. Video is good no hate but any csgo player respects Nitr0 as an IGL in NA (myself included) and in the game in general. A CSGO video would be amazing also and helpful 👍🏻
He retired because of the traveling CS is too EU centric for a daddy nitr0 mans got 2 kids now which is why he's back on Val it's suites his pace and actually got regional leagues

Looks like yekindar IGLing sucks
Do you think elige was the problem?
Outlook uncertain, ask again later.
Liquid became tier 2 after nitr0 and elige left so no elige was not the problem, EU presence in liquid is the problem
Come back to cs when cs2 happens
