Make sure you leave your comment and, if you want to watch this video spoken in Brazilian Portuguese, keep an eye on the channel. It's gonna be released within 40 minutes.

I was having a conversation with a my friends daughter who is 17 last night. She asked me why I study portuguese over Spanish. I told her I think the language sounds more appealing to the ear. She's Brazilian and wants to learn Spanish as well. If I had to choose either Spanish or portuguese I choose portuguese.

Very good, the only omission how much Celtic is Portuguese is the only flaw. People before an imposed language leaves its language features in the new one.

Very well, you know the history of Portugal and as you see, the Portuguese language will always be what the Portuguese want, not what Brazilians want. Long live Portugal, the guardian of the Portuguese language.🇵🇹🇵🇹

I wish Brazilians wouldn’t lead with, “I speak Portuguese” as if no one f’ing knows that.

Very good video! Portugual is over 300 years olders than Spain, whitch language is older? Spanish or Portuguese? The facts seams that Portguese is a more complex language than spanish for the simple fact that if you speak Portguese you understand Spanish 90% but if you speak Spanish you understand 3% of Portuguese. Any Brazilian will understand Spanish but not the other way around.

Small criticism-You use the word German in place of Germanic. The Germans and their underlying groups are but one modern Germanic people-The many Germanic Tribes that spread throughout Central and Western Europe, were loosely linked to the modern Germanic tongues such as: Dutch, English, High German, Low German, Danish etc-The spoken tongues they brought to Iberia, languages that never took root, were of the Germanic language branch, but they were not German.
