That ending is so epic, man. I'm just picturing Link slowly walking towards the boss door, Giant's Mask in one hand, sword in the other, as the music just builds and builds before crashing down into silence as the door slams shut behind him.
I remember listening to this track the first time i entered the stone temple. It felt so big and strange and this music was very haunting, even after i left the temple. This track is awesome.
literally gasped as soon as i saw a majora's mask cover from you i don't think i've ever heard something that so accurately captured the dark, bizarre atmosphere of stone tower temple. amazing job, as usual
The way you use the melodica is the best I've ever seen. You consistently find spots where I can't believe it will work, and then afterwards I can't imagine any other instrument being in that spot. This highlights that so well.
This is the first video I've seen of yours. It's really impressive, never seen so many devices. I mean, I've literally never seen some of these things before >_
+Ace Waters The noise music scene has quite a vast amount of those small sound-machines. It's quite astonishing :D Didn't know people needed so much noise ;-) It's cool though.
It's fantastic seeing you two together again :). BTW that LP patch w/ the glock sounds amazing-- very tasty! Excellent mix as well, you did an awesome job combining all of those parts together- there's so much depth to it.
+Ace Waters Critics are touting it as "The most breathtaking Zelda cover you'll hear in 2015." - Shigeru Miyamoto "this is just going so far from what I even assumed music could be." - SwigglesRP "Wow." - Christopher Walken Cherish the moment of a lifetime. Ace Waters' Stone Tower Temple. Available now. "Great work btw" - Timbertaft
You blow my mind sometimes Ace. You bring all this new stuff to these songs I've been listening to for years....yet it's still so true to the original song. You also get these done so fast yet so masterfully. You deserve so much more attention that your channel gets right now. I just wish the best!
I love the amount of ambience you put into this, this complemented the melody well. Then it is mixed well, making your counterpoint really shine. Great job dude!
I always love the variety and uniqueness of your textures, this was such an incredible mix. And you've got the mixing chops to make these wonderful combos just work. Always really impressive Ace :)
Because I honestly have no idea: what exactly is that gadget on the third row on the right? Some sort of touch activated theremin? Also, this is an excellent cover of an excellent song. Very good.
I really like your Zelda month concept. The Zelda series has such good soundtracks! All those devices though. This cover should be called Instrumental Device Tower Temple. Btw, isn't this the same guy that was in your Lavender town cover? It would be cool to see more of these devices in a cover of some area with a lot of technology, for example Mechonis Field from Xenoblade. :)
This is WAY better then The Legend of Midna. Sorry but that's what I'm calling it from here on out as the game is more about her then Link. The villians from what I've read on other forums don't even address Link and address her so Link the hero is shafted. I only played halfway thru and gave up as it's like a never ending Triforce Quest just disguised cause you are not sailing. I think I prefer the sailing.
The problem with today's games is not that they are too "modern" which isn't really a word but there is no real competition. Almost all the 90s companies were either defunt or bought out by another company bought out by someone else.etc. Ubisoft used to be generic and made half baked titles like how The Crew is today BUT the only reason they are a big name company is there is no one else to go to so if your a gamer there is no real boycotting. That is NOT a free market.

I don't even know half these instruments are. I just know my ears like what they hear.
Ace Waters working with Tuesday Night Machines... *BEST. DAY. EVER!!!!*
+Wicky It was a blast getting to work with Felix again.
You and Felix are super cool, I just find all the instruments you use so fascinating!
I better start keep practicing the piano. xD
+Wicky Haha :) Thanks! I love doing those collaborations as well!
This is the first video I've seen of yours.
It's really impressive, never seen so many devices. I mean, I've literally never seen some of these things before >_
+TheLonelyGoomba I am happy you enjoyed it! I don't even know what some of these things do. My collaborator has some really crazy devices.
+Ace Waters The noise music scene has quite a vast amount of those small sound-machines. It's quite astonishing :D Didn't know people needed so much noise ;-) It's cool though.
this really covers the dark atmosphere of majora's mask
WHERE WERE YOU IN MY LIFE?!? I can’t believe I’m this late to this perfection...! Please keep up the amazing work!!!
This is a very beautiful version Amie :)
This was always my favorite track in Majora's Mask. Now I almost wish it was this version in the level! This is killer, keep rockin, dude.
At first I was a little unsure about how different it was, but nevertheless, my jaw dropped for the rest of the video. Nice job Ace!
this cover is so good that i always return to this video in one way or another every year. heck i just found an old comment from when this came out.
Yay! That was so much fun! Congrats on the 6K subscribers by the way. Your channel is growing fast, which is so well deserved! :)
Y'know, I always used to dislike the melodica, but every time you use it, it ends up being the best voice in the cover.
Dude I've been listening to so nearly all of your Zelda covers.. I'm in love with these. They're so good. Thanks for this. Cheers

You just played one of the best song of Majora's Mask if not the best and in such a good arrangement that it gets even more dark!
Happy 6K! I have no words, this is just going so far from what I even assumed music could be. This is like, Majora's Mask Art Film Score level.
+SwigglesRP "This is just going so far from what I even assumed music could be". If that isn't a promotional quote, I don't know what is.
please, my agenda is doritos and you know it Ace.

Jaw dropping as always! I don't know how this could be more perfect!
This perfectly captures the feeling of the place. Well done!

This was intense to say the least!
Dude this was just incredible. The atmosphere is haunting but so chill at the same time. Great work!
+ToxicxEternity Thanks!

You guys completely nailed the atmosphere! Freaking awesome
Congratz on 6k :) Keep it up and let the holidays roll on :)
Amazing work

+Jay "p1ngas" Quilson Felix actually did a whole video about what that thing is, right here: ruclips.net/video/9T_bax1epEA/видео.html
That reminds me that I still haven't tried out that Mute Synth II :D
Esto es Tan perfecto (y) 10/10
What was the wooden thing

Beautiful.
Happy thanksgiving?
Those are some bizarre instruments being used. So cool! This cover's turning my world upside down.
Get it?
Cause Stone Tower Temple?
no
awesome cover, you almost made another song!
what is that circuit board thing on the right? i'm trying to figure out it's purpose by ear and i can't :s
+Fishy I _Think_ it's what's making that squeaky interference noise. I think.
Keep your record players and hard drives away from this guy, because he ROCKS!!!
talented as fuck you'll be the next smoothmcgroove
Yep, this was fucking awesome!!
So fucking good!!!
Edit: What the hell is thing in the third box from the top, on the right edge? o.o
Is this the Trump Tower dungeon?
Love this song Ace! What is Felix saying at the end? I can only pick out a couple words.
+Jake Slate (Invisibo52) keep what we just talked about a secret from everyone.
