Your beautiful Daisy is very stoic. My Sheltie requires a paw trimming because her paws get very bushy and hold dirt and water. Also her rump area needs trimming to prevent occasional messy bowel movements. Her ear hair doesn't grow as thick or long as your Daisy's.

Hi Nancy, I use Fromm mini thinners; they are affordable and hide scissor marks well. Cherrybrook would be my first suggestion where to look - the main thing is to look for a short scissors with one flat blade and mini thinning teeth on the other.
When you cut that bulk from the front of the ear you should cut it from the back of it, not the front so it won't create that mark in the front of the ear.
