@Global 7 I get a gallon of nursery water and squeeze my limes into a cup and pour the juice into the gallon. I like to use between 5-7 limes for juice.

Look at the abundance of those key limes. I grew up in Miami with one in the yard and made key lime aid all my life. Then later I found out they're alkaline. The city made us cut the tree down but wow.. I can't wait to add this tree to my garden. Peace and love Dreka

I think every black family have zip lock freezer bags of meat in their freezers. When I was little my Mom was a single mom of 6 and she would buy boxes of Tyson chicken on ice every month and we would have to bag them up. I swear we ate so much chicken it felt like we were gonna turn into one. Love my child hood. It's amazing how when you didn't have much and appreciate what you got now. Stay blessed and humble.

I had elective surgery and because of Kevin I was told I healed in a week which normally takes others a month for the same results not to mention I had zero pain. I know I owe it to gold sea moss. Now one of the nurses is trying it. 🥰

Yes you are right! I drink this on empty stomach in the morning and I get a burst of energy! I got this idea from seeing fruit water at hotels in the summer time while traveling.

I use severs recipes for “detox” Or “infused” water my fav let’s is Lemon-Lime-Orange-Ginger I could and quarter the fruit ams ass half of it to 1 gal of Spring water and let it boil the other half i add to the empty gallon container or other jug or jar a s when the water and fruit boils i let it cool until it’s slight warm and you can handle the fruit by hand then add off it it to the fresh fruit....the warm water then finishes cooling in the fridge further extracting more of the good stiff from the fresh fruit...it’s is very potent so I add about a cup of that water to every 32 oz of plain water and it gets me through about 7-10 Days before I make another batch
@Dreka in replace of a sweat when away from Rez .. or just cleanse “steaming” is great !!! you can also use all citrus rinds of choice to boil with sea salt .. then inhale the steam with a towel over your head *plz have caution to turn burner off and it’s extremely hot once there’s a nice boil temp Great way to cleanse your sinus and to help during this great COVID season
