One of my favourite cars of all time - my father owned one in the 70's as his daily driver - as a baby I experienced 100mph in the car for the first time (true 70's regard to safety). He sold it in 1977 and it was recently sold by H&H auctions in 2012. Such a perfectly styled car, always loved the lower grill and always preferred the styling to the fastbacks.
Wow how lucky you were, my dad had 2 Mk6's and later 1954 James Young sports saloon, great memories. If I won the lottery I would buy one of these probably from Frank Dale and Stepsons who always seem to have a few in stock. Do you think they would send a car to collect me from The Dorchester? One can only dream.
Beautiful vehicle, beautiful countryside, beautifully made video. The only thing that would make it better is a little less music and a little more natural interior driving noise.
PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong but at 0:42, the speedo APPEARS to be at around 120 to 130, is that really kilometers per hour? If so then it's not an original speedometer. STILL, pretty good going for a 55 year old Bentley, even after a restoration!! Still again, I love it so thank you for sharing and take care.
Good that people go to the substantial effort to keep these beauties in service.

Along with the 'R' and 'S' type fastbacks, the S2 two door by Mulliner is absolutely perfect. An incredibly sensuous car.
No car I would rather have...thanks for the video.

what interior driving noise? Just saying...but I agree in principle.
You would hear nothing inside a Bentley or Rolls-Royce.
Apart from the ticking of the clock.🇬🇧

Wonderful car.
Perfect limes.
Someone knows the price a car like this?
Gorgeous
Over €200.000
Só da marca rolls Royce.... Não Bentley
Good to hear some Tull
I like the 4 door better. As they go for less than half the price of the 2 door, it's a no brainer.
Nice car. Pointless music.
Great Jethro Tull inspired background music. Otherwise, ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
