Hey Amy! As an introvert myself I can 100% relate. I'm not sure if you saw but I do have a video specifically made for introverted managers. You can check it out here: ruclips.net/video/3AI43qjz0kc/видео.html

When Moses died past the torch to Joshua to lead he didn't feel like a leader either but here he was put in a position to lead his people out of the wilderness where they were stuck in a wilderness mentality but God knows our potential even when we do not recognition is encouraging inspiration of great traits in others pointng out that light in them so they see it is the best way to bring out their best leadership abilities like it did you .

I'm coming up on 2 years being a first time manager. I've said it before, but I wish I'd found you on day 1 of my new manager role. I reeeeeeallllly wish more people and companies knew about you. You should be hired by companies to lead new manager training! A co-worker just got hired for her 1st time management job & I sent her your info and encouraged her to engage with your content. You're remarkable!

Thank you so much for your kind words! It is very much appreciated :) Working with small to medium-sized companies is actually EXACTLY what I do. The majority of my time is spent training their newly promoted managers and newly hired managers so that the organization has standardized healthy & productive management practices. Secondary is training new managers individually :)

I'm a student of Advaita Vedanta which is centered around Self knowledge teachings of Vedic literature but I thought about what you said on the Bible is exactly why I feel like I'm already so much ahead of others on the world because I took some of those Holy Scriptures to heart and I applied it to my learning experience and work ethic primarily Joshua 1 vs 8-9 read understand and meditation on every word of God that you'll be successful make God and morality your primary truth I study martial arts and philosphy and chess but never really thought about it as a leadership skill I could put or apply in the workspace although it is still Self knowledge and until recently their isn't many courses in college other then professional development and business mastery that teach you how to get that of you don't have it already most colleges it's all academic based so you sink or swim I drowned and I know my intelligence and Intellectual isn't the issue it's primarily my attitude towards toxic spirituality and lack of patience dealing with others who have poor logical reasoning skills and people skills I just don't want to be around them so keep quitting jobs finding myself having to start from the bottom again I'm getting to old to be a laborer a individual contributor
