When she sings "kissed your mouth..." that cascade of notes at 1:41 is just flawless and wrenches my heartstrings and then she smoothes them out and heals my soul. I love this precious human being, this gift from God. I worry about her and pray daily, morning and night, for her safety and well-being, like a parent for a child out in the world. Someone like Billie is a once in a "every few years" talent, but it's the massive marketing campaign behind her that has brought her up to the level she is.
