Paul R I’m not an avid jazz listener at all, but it’s very encouraging to read a comment from someone who actually knows what he’s talking about. :) I’ve always felt she’s brilliant, right from the first time I listened to her... and she sort of introduced me to the genre, although I’d always known most of the songs she sings (when you’re 47 and listen to lots of different music, you’re bound to come across most of these songs).

I don't know how good Holiday was, I just read it. In my opinion, Angelina's voice is beautiful than Amy...no offense intended...rip Amy. in my opinion, upon hearing the old singers, Sinatra, Elvis, Tom Jones, Engelbert, Matt Monroe, Vikki Carr, Dusty, Tony Bennet, Cilla Black & Streisand are the best in the world. The bands, groups, opera singers not included. I love music since my childhood.

When I first heard this young lady I thought she must be using one of those autotune microphones. They're getting very sophisticated nowadays. But the more I listened to her I realized that singing is only a part of what makes her extraordinary. She sings as if she has an old soul, like she's been around the block a few times already, and her composure is great for someone of ANY age. There's no technology that can make that happen. The only thing that explains her incredible abilities is that she is a gift from God.

Ed, I agree. "ALL" others have to have an entire show wrapped around them, you name the act. I would pay to see Angelina on a stage with this guitarist and a microphone, and a moderate sound system. This Spirit/Soul came from the ethers on a mission, to Bless us Humans, and she is well on her way. I'm just Grateful/Thankful I am here now to be a part of her happening.
