I feel like clover would win as when you lose to martlet you don’t hear flowey talking you hear clover talking and this shows us he has enough power at that point to load over flowey and kill him

For all we know this is a LV 10-20 Flowey. is flowey even able to gain LV without a SOUL? Even if he had a soul could monsters even gain LV? Point is that there's too many details we're uninformed about for us to decide a winner
Imagine this, Before killing axis, your soul gets taken by flowey and immediately the afterlife battle begins but now you can fight, but only dealing 1-9 damage However… midway through the fight, flowey reveals his true motives and you gain lv until lv19 Now, you SAVE over floweys file and now your damage is in the thousands. After the battle, you wake up back in your body and Axis says WHAT and then you proceed to laser him down.

sick themes to fight an eldritch horror for your life to (seriously though this is so good, i love how you use so many sound effects from the game like the saving sound effect, shooting sound effect, flowey's laugh etc)
i feel like no one uses that flowey laugh (the one before the omega flowey fight not the one included in Your Best Nightmare) but it works really well here
