When i was literally broke and can only afford to eat once a day, i used to eat at Mang Inasal for one meal good for a day and get 5 rice. Glad I don't have to do that anymore.

Hi Jang, I really liked your vlog and for some rerason is that you are "tunay" in life. You speak good tagalog, immerse at our culture and adapted really so well. I am now beginning to fall in 🥰 with you now. Salamat!
i enjoy watching your vids! now, you're like a local when you explained how it should be eaten. you even know how to prepare the "sawsawan" (dip)! amazing!
This has been a comfort watch for me lately. Must be on the 5th or so by now lol. I may not be Filipino, but I know comfort food! Mang Inasal reminds me of the diners from my home state. A place where families and friends share stories over a bite. It's just as much a venue for conversation as it is flavor. We don't have places like this in my current state... but once I land in Manila is straight to Mang Inasal for a solo fiesta, some sisig, unli rice of course, and maybe a halo halo if i can squeeze it in...
Great to see you trying the Inasal dish!! That is one of the favorite recipe that I like.. Easy to prepare and cook especially with rice on it.Thanks and blessings to you Jang
"First bite of the second rice" is the most Asian thing I've heard in a while. Love your stuff. Top tier solo travel and culture immersion content. Keep making more! Also we have a farm in Siquijor and we go there every year during Holy Week and we spend time and live with the locals for days. We're going this coming April 9-20 and if you happen to want to tag along you're more than welcome. Cheers!
Wow Sohee! You know as Filipino, I'm very happy to see foreigners enjoying our food! I must say, You're a "Certified Filipino" now. The way you think, act and speak is very Filipino!
