I know they are trying to be over the top, but that is way too much Uni to be enjoyable. You can’t get to the rice without making the whole thing fall apart and the pairing with a shrimp topper is dubious at best. They are better off serving the whole tray of Uni! It still won’t be particularly enjoyable but at least it won’t be falling onto the desktop!

i thought the same thing before eating it but boy.. the uni is so fresh and actually the right amount of rice is underneath!! is very satisfying!!!
