  • There are a few basic ideas that you need to follow. Japanese gardens are very much about nature and a natural looking garden is considered to be the ‘ideal’ garden.
Would you see a square pond in nature? I don’t think so! So don’t add one to your small Japanese garden. You should never create or add something to your garden that nature its self cannot.

It's amazing, just looking at it makes me want to have a place like that in my house. Reading a book with a cup of tea is peaceful. Really calms the mind.

Fabulous garden ideas. They fill the senses with peace. I'd like a small garden room for a Japanese garden for meditation.

Beautiful gardens. Thank you for putting this together. Do you know what the little topiary green balls are as far as the plant? This is at around 0:23 in the video. They are so smooth and dense.

    竹を使った柵は素敵ですが、竹を植える事はお勧めしません
    地震の時に竹藪へ逃げろと言われる程、竹の根は強く繁殖力も高いからです
