Great review. I love my X-M1 because it has an X-Trans sensor (your video states Bayer sensor) and no moire filter. The quality of images is awesome. I had the X-A5 which as more pixels but a Bayer sensor. Great image quality. BUT. the X-A5 has a much lower resolution on the screen so the images do not appear to be as sharp when you are checking the focus on the screen.
You're referring to the ridiculously slim Viltrox 28mm f/4.5 (fixed-aperture) AF 60-gram "lens cap lens" with built-in lens cover. There's also a slim (15mm?) 14mm f/4.5 (fixed-aperture) manual-focus lens from Astrhori, available in black or silver for about $80 U.S.
That bobble on the back could be a mic input as the camera looks like it has a flip screen not tilt so the mic input on the side would be a problem, like the Lumix S9, it would get in the way.
No IBIS is bit a bummer for me...this could have been the real pocket rocket for Fuji, usable for evening walks and video with small primes. No price revealed yet, maybe I will give it a chance or wait for X-E5 ✌
Hard to get excited about anything new from Fuji anymore. Another over hyped product that will never be available due to their artificially lowered supply, but I'm sure a bunch of online wanna-be types will be the ones waiting and trying to buy this one as well. Fuji's marketing department is really damaging the brand lately.
@@bsalvis I can see why you took the time to watch a video and also comment on a camera you aren't interested in. It's not hyped anywhere, just standard pre-release leaks. Very little is known about it yet. Who are these wannabes? And what do they wannabe, owners of an entry level Fuji camera? How terrible. Elitism and snobbery is such a sad part of photography. Seems like you wannabe, though... Just requires a little patience, never not received a lens or camera I ordered. And I've never paid more than retail. But then I don't rush out to order from the same store thousands of others do. Fuji stated it just wants to avoid overproducing, and given all the people rushing to reserve several but keep one, or scalp, can't blame them. Last thing a company with affordable luxury segment ambitions wants is overstocked stores reducing to clear the whole time. Don't worry you'll get yours.
🚩I'll pair it with this ultra small lens ruclips.net/video/gBMY1GtDYEY/видео.html

It needs a modern, fast-focusing and weather sealed 23mm f2.8.

If Viltrox release 28mm for Fuji we'll have Ricoh GR killer
I have the 28mm 2.8 from TT Artisans and is very good

@@PaulStregevsky Yes, that brand new ridiculously slim 28mm f4.5 lens
what did ricoh ever do to you?
You’d still have to be able to buy the camera 😂.
Looks like that this camera will be so nice for street photography

Good point
It's probably the replacement to XA series
XA series itself uses bayer filter, but they gave beautiful rendering too

The problem: that camera will be meant as a budget model
@@GungKrisna12 Right 🥲
Fuji would be wise to do a refresh of the 18mm f2 (make it WR with good AF) to go with the rumored XM5.
Whats the point if you will not be able to buy it....
That film sim dial is nasty 😂😂😂
Good for fujifilm newbies
Do you know if it has onboard flash Tudor?
My guess is that it doesn't have an on board flash...
X-M1 has X-Trans not Bayer....X-M1 with 27mm F2.8 will fit in coat pocket or cargo pants pocket
Yes, it seems it will be xtrans.
Use it all the time with 27 + 18
whats the point to put camera without lens in the pocket....
Should have included a built in flash
Buy or loan one and perform a thorough review rather via a photo image.
even with the smallest lens option 27mm 2.8 wont be pockatable..
