My first attempt went up in flames because the BMS touched the cells. Next attempt , I emptied out the battery housing, and drilled holes in the sides of the plastic battery housing ,and fed the wires from the new batteries into the housing where the BMS is mounted. The batteries are mounted on the outside of the old battery case.

I do think he has a video where he uses a pico nano and some software to unseal the battery. This guy is on another level. I have 2 mavic airs that are useless because there are no batteries so hoped this would of helped but didn't really just showed me what I will not obtain. Even cooler is he flies the air with a tether
