We work with anyone who is over the age of 18, and is disabled, to help obtain long-term care benefits (at home or in a facility) in Florida.

My mom is on Medicaid/disability And I’ve been taking care of her since I became an adult. And I’m 38 now she has mental disabilities is this something that I would be able to get.

If she is on Community Medicaid and needs help with her activities of daily living (ADLs), then she should be looking into "upgrading" to the Medicaid Waiver program.
