Constructs a nuclear fusion reactor capable of powering entire facilities
If you are struggling, use workshop mode to store the item as it is entering the container. The duped item will and can be found in your workshop after you have done this glitch! It is much easier as the timing is more generous as it doesn't remove it from your inventory if your timing is too early. Thumbs up if this helped you :)

You can dupe the I'M SPECIAL book that you find in your house using this method.
That way you can max out your special stats straight away.
Yup! I have a video on that as well. You can go over the max stat too with that glitch.

I can attest that as of 10-13-2016, this still works on Xbox One. Takes some practice on timing, but once you get 5 or more of the same item on the belt system, it works BEAUTIFULLY! This was a huge help since I really wanted to start playing from a save that was before I single-handedly wiped out the entire Brotherhood of Steel LOL. But that save was before I had duplicated the You're S.P.E.C.I.A.L. book and drove my stats up, so I was determined to find a way to do it. Thanks a bunch, Dunkin. This is a stroke of genius if ever I've seen one!

another thing but you probably know you can just put the items straight into the vacuum hopper and don't need s container. I love you for showing me this glitch. I only clone my junk items so I can decorate settlements. I clone blood cans all the colored paint cans, the barbells and dumbells from atom cats to make gyms everywhere, I clone all my magazines to make paper stores and clone you're special books to go with desks to make a school, I've cloned the brotherhood of steels black cap, can't remember his name but the black guy with the cool black hat, (which you can take without killing anyone and making them attack you) I've cloned nitrogen cans and hallucinagen cannisters with empty iv packs to make hospitals, there's no end to this glitch. can you try something for me though I've tried duplicating holotape mainly the game ones so I can make a computer game store but that's the only thing I can't copy, no matter how many times I do it I either take it or it gets removed and thats the only thing I can't clone. I've tried using jet to slow it but just doesn't work. thank you for this glitch though I love it. there was one bad thing that happened after using it quite a lot is I went to talk to cart and she fell backwards through the ground and when she was running with me she was upsidedown with only her feet sticking up through the ground lol was hilarious though

He was saying you need to make the conveyor round, put the vacuum at the ends facing the storage and have conveyors lead around to make an infinite loop of items.

I found out about this when screwing around and seeing if I could cause weird bugs. I ended up with 10 alien blaster pistols.

Why doesn't someone make a duplicator mod? Like a conveyor that duplicates items for you, I want infinte NCR armor from mods but Cheat Terminal won't provide, so let's make a duplicator machine

DUNKIN DOGGNUTS A bit easier if you just make a square out of vacuum hoppers and conveyor storage. vacuum takes it out of the conveyor storage and so on in an infinite loop.. so you don't have to keep taking it out of the storage and put it back in the container

Can I use this glitch to get weapon from mods like the one from PTRS 41? Want to give it to all my settlers and companion.
My vacuum hopper doesn't spit out the items anymore automatically. Only a few. Most just stay in there
This worked fantastically! Been using this to dupe guns so that I can exploit stronger gun parts onto them and other scuffed mod guns :D
Can you duplicate a stack of items? I want to see if I can duplicate technical documents. I used to do that back then to get my levels stupid high.

could this be done with bottle caps placed in the hopper?
August 9, 2017 it works but it's very hard to do with small items like a hat, and big items like a minigun. So far I wasn't able to do it with any of those, but I was able to do it with clothing like military fatigues.
Does it still work I'm on version 1.20 and I don't want to update if it doesn't work on 1.21 ?
found a little bug on ps4 some items when duplicated when dropped only one shows and u lose the duplicate Grognak Costume and Righteous Authority are the only ones i tested on every thing else i done works great BUT ps4 if stand to close the ps4 removes from inventory what i have been doin is standing as far away as i can and sometimes move in and out and press x

So you still need to actively try to pick up the item for the duplication to occur? I just want to clarify before I start my SPECIAL book farm.
Yes, you still need to manually pick it up. As you continue to successfully perform the glitch, make sure to continue to drop the items that are in your inventory on to the conveyor belt to speed up the process. ALSO, if you are going to be duping the YOU'RE SPECIAL book then make sure not to use the maximum force settings in the terminal.

just don't stack your items. If you do, you will lose the stack and get only one back

this work with shipments?
scrap+store glitch works for raw materials, but not weapons/armor/ammo.
say you've got 10 wood in your junk, drop the 10 wood at an allied settlement. then in workshop mode all you have to do is simultaneously press scrap and store command buttons. If BOTH the scrap and store prompts pop up you'll know you have done it correctly. It forces both commands to go thru so you wind up scrapping for 10 wood and storing the 10 wood giving you 20 wood.
Actually I have figured it out shipments work to get the original material for the glitch without waisting it( was actually keeping them in case it gets patched and have to do the other methode) and timing was actually a bit of for me to get this to work still had to be fast but pretty much had to press the o button on ps4 as soon as I let go of the x button for it to work other wise I spent 15 minutes trying to get it to work consistently
Any else is having a glitch where your in nuka world in the reader ring where you have too fight someone but there's commander bear there as well and theres no damage taken form him

If you're thinking about trying this with Nuka Case tickets, it doesn't work with stacks. You can't replicate like, 1000 tickets.

a faster way to duplicate fat man use that dropper and it will continue to go back in stand on the side and aim where the dropper wouldn't be highlighted but you have to time it just right wait until it starts to slide a lil then grab it with this you can just keep spamming the take button it does take some practice.
Hopefully I can put my lack of flamer fuel issue in the past with this and make my toaster from Nevada happy
It's December 17th and that thing still works!! (At the triads [X-1,PC,PS4]) it just requires a few patience, made me a dozen of Big Boy's!!! Now my sanctuary's tribute to Alexandria's Safe Zone from TWD can have some real anti-wealth scum fire power!!! And no mods (just this this lil' glitch!!!) this shite is awesome!!!

This Totally Works! I didn't use the Improved Method, but I MIGHT Build it in the future! I love the Handmade Rifle, so I duplicated the Splattercannon like, FOUR times! Duplicated a few other weapons, too!

What amount constitutes a bulk, Really? The 9 of Splattercannon became, I dunno, 10 or 20, the 50 of Aluminum became like 250, The one Overseer;s Guardian became 2 or 3, so there you go. That was just after the first day of discovering that it works! Nice discovery, regardless. One that I will definitely use in the future. Exopect a Sub from me.

How well does this work with fusion cores? I've never tried this method personally and I'm thinking of starting a BOS build and I think the concept of having a limited supply of power for your suit is a pain in the ass. I understand the need for it of course, but it was their choice to give you power armor at the very beginning. I would get a mod removing this feature, if only mods were included for PS4 users... fucking Sony man, what did we ever do to you?

You need the Contraptions DLC to acquire the conveyor belts.

Cloning the SPECIAL book could potentially work but you would need to time it for a physics grab.
Physics grab on console is press and hold the action button rather than a separate button press on PC so it would be much harder on console.
Kristoffer Olsen it does still work you just have to drop the books and pick them up twice for the effect to kick in
This still works, by the way. Just maxed my stats at level 1 and have 39 extra books. PS4.

Why this has any dislikes, is beyond me. The glitch is Awesome Af! Listen up, today 10-17-16, I'm playing with mods on XB1 and have a "Cheat Terminal" mod, so I could just spawn anything, right? No. Not with Modded Items! The mod B35-C BOS heavy Armor currently has a bug that's making it to were Teagan only sells the (Right Arm) of the suit and it makes it so that I can't get a second suit for my companion. This mod saved me :D it let me duplicate my modded armor over and over! Same goes for my 10mm Carbine Rifel! Thanks Brah 🙏🏽.

+Dr. Johnny Yes but you would only receive one duplicate at a time not the whole stack. Best to watch the resource duplication glitch and craft some ammo with the conveyor belts.

I just tested it out and about does! but you need to time it really precisely. it took me about 10 tries
Oh and as a side note, quick save before you do. I was duplicating legendary weapons and they would sometimes disappear
I'm not shure, haven't tried it since mods for ps4 came out. But with it being 5 months since this glitch happened I wouldn't be surprised
dont worry i ended up doing it and its not patched its still the best glitch i know for non modded games. thx tho ;)
