How to Clean White Shoes - Method that Works

- How to clean white shoes , a method that works 100%.
You'll just have to make a paste from:
- 6 tablespoons of backing soda
- 3 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide
- a toothbrush
Mix the together until you'll get a paste. Apply that paste on the shoes using the toothbrush. You don't have to brush until they get white, the paste will whiten them. Let them dry ( about 2 - 3 hours).
After that just brush the excess powder off... that's it.

Highly recommend this! 💓 I did two things differently: I took the shoe laces out, and I put both the shoes and laces in the washer after (using cold water) on the delicate cycle. P.S. iron your shoe laces with a straightener after they're washed. 😀

Should have STARCHED and CREASED the shoe laces.
100 / 10. i used my mom's toothbrush, worked as expected as i wanted to.
Worked great up until i left them to dry and a bird shat all over them😐

this trick does wonders :)!!! quick tip: don't use this trick more than once...especially on canvas shoes, they will turn yellow over time due to the hydrogen peroxide :( but still very helpfullll

Actually hydrogen peroxide is a very good cleaning agent. Save a little of the solution to give it a clean later and a good rinse in hot water afterwards and it should be perfectly fine to use.

Hey gabe, we didn’t ask how many of what shoes you had in your collection. I’m sure you like to show off, but the internet someone always has you beat. As you grow up and get older you’ll understand. You’re probably a teenager which I must admit is a good collection for a teen. But we really don’t care what shoes you have. Just the type of material and if it did/didn’t work and what you might recommend instead.

Guys.. tried this and it works perfect. Instead of just doing it ones I did it again after they dried and I swear they look almost brand new....
After I cleaned my shoes, it worked so well that I brushed my teeth with the remaining mixture. They’ve never looked so good!

Lol worked pretty well but I would suggest taking the shoe strings out and clean them with dish soap also I would suggest using a tooth brush and dish soap on the rims of white shoes if u keep scrubbing they look very new!

I use it every day. Use like mouthwash after brushing teeth and it will whiten your teeth. It’s the main ingredient on the teeth whitening kits people pay so much money for and a whole bottle of hp is 99 cents! It’s also what I use on cuts to clean instead of alcohol which burns.
Most people. I have a big bottle from CVS, and a small bottle i brought back from Berlin. I needed it there for a small infection. It worked of course. Funny in Germany in the pharmacy it comes in a old school brown glass bottle and is refrigerated. Cool.

You don't have to remove them if they don't need a clean. They'll get just as white if you just brush some of the solution onto them.

I’ve never tried this on shoes, but roommates dog pissed on my mattress while I was washing my sheets. And this same recipe, with water added works wonders on piss stains on white mattress. Just FYI and I would assume works just as great on shoes!!

Just scrub the dirt and debre off them and throw them in the washer with some towels and blankets, i do it all the time and they some out clean, it takes about a day for them to dry, but you can speed that up with a hair drier

At 1:03 minutes: This toothbrush is not borrowed since it cannot be returned. This should be either, "take" or "teef." -------- Notwithstanding, though, this was an excellent video with a wonderful hack (solution) to enhance the brightness once attributed to these sneakers. I would be willing to whiten *women's* white footwear with the wherewithal to have them wear better white high-tops while wearing modest clean-cut neat shorts.
I do that just by throwing them in my washing machine and poof they are clean and like new again.🤠
I rescue old pairs of converse that people don't want anymore. That's if you outgrow them or they get too old and worn out, making them not wearable anymore. Eventually I'll start up my own hobby where I restore old pairs, I have no idea when though. But keep that in mind when you're about to give these up. I only rescue regular highs, lows and shoreline. Not platforms, seventies or extra slim fit
