I'm a blue belt in BJJ. The most amazing thing about this video to me as a female practitioner is that this gym seems to have ladies' classes multiple times a week. I've trained in gyms that have zero women whatsoever so that's incredible to see

I love this! I started watching your channel during the ‘Partner Track’ reaction series and have kept watching since. I am fairly new to BJJ aswell as Muay Thai (3-4 months) and I ain't gonna lie, you did better than I do sometimes, sometimes I get crapped on by rear naked chokes bc I give my back up, or the occasional arm bar or guillotine choke, so to see a new comer essentially do so well at rolling is honestly amazing. BJJ is so much fun and I love it but it is about dedication an studying.

My confusion why is it the white belts some times beat a black belt it’s weird
Sometimes they get lucky, sometimes the black belts let them to build confidence and show how a technique works, sometimes there’s a little bit of natural talent.
A good black belt will nurture and encourage rather than slap down. Every black belt started as a white belt.

Im not gonna lie women have a great bonus when jiu jitsu of not constantly having to worry about getting kicked in the balls.
