Test drove an IS 300 F Sport yesterday, and I completely agree on the "solid-feeling" part. It feels way more substantial than I was expecting, and due to that weightiness and the steering feel, it made it feel deliberate and precise every time I turned. It was very nice to drive.

You really should've talked a little more about the car's suspension dynamics. Does it rotate through turns well? Does it understeer into turns due to its heavier weight? Is body roll noticeable or does it corner flat? Please comment a little more on this in future videos, as it is a really important aspect for sports sedans like this.

Great review! As someone who daily drives a BRZ yourself, do you think the IS is comparable to a BRZ/FR-S in terms of handling/steering feel? I actually have a scion FR-S and have been thinking about getting a more "grown-up" car like the IS 200t/350 F-Sport. The one thing I wouldn't want to give up is the razor-sharp handling of the twins. Thanks!!

I will rather take this than any german. Now i drive F10 5 series 528i and this one feels equally powerful, has about equal mpg but this one is much more comfortable, much better assembled, despite it's one class below 5 series! And new car costs much less. My number one.

I bought a used 2017 Lexus IS200t F-Sport a couple weeks ago in gray with red leather with only 15k miles in great condition. Got a great deal on it as well. I paid $30,600 after taxes as these cars are around $45k-$50k new. These cars have been attractively priced lately in the used car market partly cause most people want crossovers as sedans have been losing popularity lately. Amazing car for the price so far & far better than my 2015 Toyota Camry XSE V6 that it replaced!

I still prefer the 3.5 V6; the power & smoothness of that 2GR is amazing, no wonder Toyota has kept the engine for so long and in so many different applications. What I still hate is how Lexus refuse to put the 8spd automatic on the AWD variants (which is standard in Canada and comes only with the 6spd) which means the IS200t is the only model with the 8spd unit. Why can't I have the IS350 AWD with the 8spd?

Would you recommend 200t over Accord v6 coupe? Currently I'm driving a 2016 WRX, its not refined and rough but i do enjoy the speed.
