1:00 I have never seen a Krag-Jørgensen rifle until BFV and it's probably my favorite bolt action rifle simply for that interesting reloading scheme, almost tube feeding the bullets but not quite.
In real life it was extremely outdated at the time and probably was barely used
Red dead redemption 2 introduced me to one of my favorite bolt actions ever

@@tano1004 I guess there was no empty reload for the M1 because you'd need to shoot for the clip to pop out with a ping, and I think this video is meant to be without shooting the guns

Yeah, it's happening.
I absolutely love the fidelity and texture of these reload sounds.
Battlefield 1's foley sounds for weapons may be great, but too often do they overbeef the handling noises to the point the guns sound like they'll fall apart.
Here, they sound more well put together and meaty, making them all the more satisfying to reload.
Finally I see a BF1/BF5 comparison that takes a stand behind BF5 when it's deserved

I love how natural the sounds are, especially with the metal sound in the Gewehr/Sturmgewehr 1-5 when chambering a round.
the fact that he uses a bullet casing to replace the muzzle for the flame thrower is pretty neat

It’s a German anti-tank rifle, I can’t remember the name and I use it. The reloading is really satisfying.

It's a Panzerbusche. This game is unrealistic because you do not shoulder and fire this weapon offhand (not using a rest or bipod) because of it's weight and recoil.

Man this is one of many reasons I’ve been a long time Battlefield fan. The audio team is so incredible the sounds are so real and it makes you feel that. Then when everyone is playing the sounds go together and create all sorts of incredible moments on the Battlefield. If you listen closely you can even hear the internal spring mechanisms in some of these guns like the BAR for example. The attention to detail is amazing.

My lord man, it’s crazy how much sounds can change how you remember things. For example: some guns I completely remember and am like ah yes the Kar98 or the STG including ones I’ve only used a handful of times and then other times I’m like “wait I don’t remember the reload animation being like that.”

Once they fix the ttk bf5 will be a way better game. Bf5 now has way more content and is pretty damn fun, I just fucking hate the ttk now.

Very nice quality, well made. This being said, some of the ways the weapons are operated or depicted are off or false. (Mag fed machine guns shouldn't have a belt hanging off the side and clip fed semi-autos don't just lock open whenever you want to top off a mag though the Garand was done right.)
