Interesting "costumes". Reminds me of the book "Wilder Mann" from Charles Fréger. And there are some beautiful folk dresses, cheerful colours and patterns on the skirts and beautifully woven (knitted?) wraps.

I found this through a Tautumeitas video. Is this a Winter celebration or something? It reminds me of a Latvian "Mummer's Dance".
Yes, this is one of the traditional winter mask celebrations. There is whole winter period in traditional Latvian Solar Calendar from Mārtiņi till Meteņi, when there is various masking events. Each with its own meaning, masks and participants.
