Thanks mate, good handling techniques just increase the chances of their healthy survival. For minimal preparation and equipment it makes so much sense ☺️ thanks for the feedback mate appreciate it 🤙🏽
Thanks mate, I love getting out and doing the videos. Just hard to be consistent 😅 I do really appreciate your comments mate. Means a lot. Happy new year to you and your family too mate 🎣
Good to see you back on the water Ben, nice size Lizard for the tag program. Yes, i see often. People not handling Big Flatties correctly. Education is the answer. Cheers Stevo
Hi mate, I like to use 4-5” plastics generally with. 3/8 ounce jig head and a hook size relative to plastic for the edges. If I’m in the deep where I got the larger flatty, I’ll use 100-125mm samaki vibes 👌🏽 2500 spin reel and 7ft 7-12lb rod. I done a video a little while back going through my most used set ups. Thank for watching mate. Have a good 20205 yourself brother! Happy Fishing 🎣
Nice 70+ flatty mate👍 How long have you been tagging flatties? I fished that area around Fishing Pt last weekend with poor results. But I did get a strange catch for the lake, a red rock cod/scorpion fish on a Samaki 100mm vibe. First one of them I've heard of in the lake??
Hi Pete! Yeah I’ll start poking my way around the edges and see where they are holding. I’ve been in the tagging program for a few years now which has been a very cool rewarding experience. There are some really good fishos a part of the team. Geez that’s an odd catch mate, they are aggressive little buggers though so I’m not surprised. I have caught them on live yakka in the past lol. All the best for the new year Pete, I look forward to following your journey too 🎣👍🏼
Another sexy edit form You Brian. Just wondering since you started wearing your mrs make up do you identify as a he/she/them or they? Cheers Brian happy Xmas and merry new year
