- In this video I show the performance results of my 2022 BMW M4 Competition XDrive 0-60, 1/4 Mile, and 60-130. I did this using Dragy GPS Performance Box. The M4 was tuned with a JB4 on Map 5 running an E35 ethanol mix. The car also has downpipes which make no difference and are just for sound.

This thing is quick with just a JB4. Cant wait to see what it does unlocked on Bootmod3. Has me thinking of selling my TTRS and going M4 Xdrive.
Not a bad idea I absolutely recommend. This car definitely has a lot of strengths over the TTRS that make it more enjoyable.

Can u run e85 with the jb4 or just e30
Hey if I install a JB4 on a m4 X drive , it won’t affect warranty and I could remove it later if I wanna trade the car in ?
Depends on the dealer but they can still check ecu and void warranty
is it better than map2? because i saw some other videos showing dyno result updated 2 result was slightly better than map 5. I am considering myself which one to use map 2 or map 5. I also got the akrapovic downpipe
Yes i found it much faster than map 2
@@WatchAlexLP thx! Which fuel do you use? No interruptions at all? Like automatically changing it to map 0 and stuff. Do you think the 108 octane can keep up with map5?
@@barnabaspark3004 i had no issues was running an E34 blend. You should have no problems running around an E30 blend.

Was these times made with just a JB4? OR DPs, Intake, XHP?? Any other mods?
I had downpipes in this video. They don’t even add power with the jb4 though i just had them for sound. Also the stock intakes on these cars are great and aftermarket intakes add little to no power. The only other mod that actually helps is the XHP transmission tune which I did run with the JB4. Stage 3 with line pressure bump and drag race mode.
So you ran this with locked DME what map/fuel? Also you can do XHP with locked DME?
@@elgapitan map 5 e30. XHP tunes the TCU not the locked ECU.
@@WatchAlexLP gotcha oh ok I figured they both would be locked, do you think eventually they will be able to unlock the ecu without having to send it out?
@@elgapitan i dont think anytime soon. We’d already have it but the money they’re making is probably much better this way.

Its bether jb4 or mhd?
An ECU tune will always be better so MHD. Although I use BM3 now for custom tuning.

@@xtabuasx similar setups doing around 720whp or more on dyno which translates to around 850hp or so.
This is now. At the time of recording this video i was probably around 600whp with the jb4.

9s is with an unlocked ecu. Not a piggyback jb4.
