Brilliant!! ...Its got a post appocolyptic vibe to it. Sort of 'Mad Max'. You're definately not the only musician in songwriting overload right now. We write what we feel in times like this. I've written a chord sequence myself, although it isn't a song yet. Just a 'meditation on a mood'. You're a great musician and I hope your music gets loved in years to come. Hi, thanks for your comment. I've tried to get a Facebook page going but gave up trying as Facebook wouldn't let me create a link to it. Page just kept going blue, no info to let me know what was happening. After an hour of this I felt like setting fire to my laptop and gave up ! I'll try again if I can get some help with it.
Hi Mark. I love the sound of your Strat. Sorry to say, mine doesn;t sound like yours!! (but that's proberbly me!! I've had 2 strokes which has resulted in my left hand pretty useless, but what I'm curios about is, what have you got connected in the back of your guitar, with a 9 volt battery? Stuart Patterson
@@__Anton__ Yes, it's the Fender mid range boost with TBX . Haven't seen my Strat for over 3 months now, but it should be ready to play again soon . I do like my Levinson though !
@@LysanderLH Hi, no problem. I modified preset 38, Dark Lead . I tried quite a few software amp sims out but S Gear sounded the best to my ears. It's not too expensive and you can trial for free. I use an Audient ID 22 interface .

I believe Mark's Strat is a Clapton signature model with active TBX circuitry, hence the 9volt battery in the back.

How do you get that intro guitar tone? The big distortion. I could do so much with it if I knew how to make it.
I'm using Scuffham amps S Gear software to get the sound. The Wah is from my Morley power wah/volume pedal.
