When you are talking about his humble and modest nature I just want to share with you that his father runs a restaurant in his hometown town and provides 40 Rs thali for students in his restaurant which is a great help for students who came to the murshidabad town from nearby areas.

He does not give interviews. He stays from the media gaze and lives a simple life in the small town he grew up in. He goes shopping in his slippers snd roans around on his bike like the guy next door. At a very young age he lives his life based on his values. He is inspirational to all generations.
In a world where if someone donate 10000 rs they will make video and post online. But this man is doing so much through his NGO but never brags about it. He is a gem of a person. Who has heart of gold.
Aamna I am so happy you could witness his magical singing. One must have this opportunity once in life. He is so interactive with the audience, while singing here in India too. Arijit is really talented n down to earth artist he is fom indian idol Salman khan tried to block him In ihs starting days in sultan movie he dropped his song only because of some v lil chit chat which salman took as his insult But this guy so humble apologized him but u can see u can't stop real talent he us the best singer in Bollywood these days God bless u Arijit keep it up

He starts his concert always on time whether arena is full or not that time.. in dubai total audience were 18000+..its a lifetime experience to attend his concert…In a year he gave two sold out concerts in UAE,people are dying to attend his concerts.. As you said he is the most humble,sincere,hardworking ,down to earth person .. he is no 2 worldwide on spotify though he is non English singer..but you will not see any attitude in his behaviour…. He is also not there on social media ..If you get a chance do listen his hindi underrated songs n few beautiful famous bengali songs also❤️Thanks for your video🫶🏻

I have attended many live concerts, one was Sonu Nigam and Atif Aslam in Singapore. Sonu Nigam is superb but the best was Bappi Lahiri. Most amazing energy !

I can feel how you are feeling, same happened with me before covid. Attended his show in kolkata with my girlfriends. But Arijit was on time then also, according to him time of everyone is valuable. His parents ( father is sardarji and Ma is bengali)are a very pious person. A very very thoroughly humble good person. From now on will be waiting to watch the interview with Arijit.

I have attended Arijit Singh’s concert twice in Orlando . His music ,interaction with audiences,his modesty and humbleness touches your heart . I have heard various stories about him going to Bollywood for work but residing in his hometown to stay grounded and to have normalcy with his family . A person young in age but I respect him as a person. ♥️♥️♥️

You are completely on point Aamna. Having frequently attended both Indian and Pakistani shows/concerts, I second the complete lack of punctuality and organizational skills of Pakistani artistes. Interestingly, the few times that they have gone well, the stage managers and promoters have been Indian.

Attended Arijit’s concert in Kuwait almost a decade ago and totally second what you had to say about our gem of an artiste..He oozes humbleness and fame and success have not touched him
a wee bit. There is something so hauntingly melodious yet sad in his voice it just lingers in one’s heart and soul and touches the right chords. So gracious of you to rave so much about our Indian artiste. With the amount of fandom you, Hasan and Something Haute enjoy amongst us, am sure you would have a great time should you get the opportunity to visit India again.

Arijit Singh comes from my state (west bengal, probably you heard it before) ,speaks the same language (bengali)...and when I see Pakistanis Bangladeshis and so many people around the world admiring this GREAT MAN, it always makes me very emotional .
In april, I finally got the chance to Witness him.And it was damn magical. Gone through every possible emotions. He's so humble so great...he's like none other. I know you can relate with my experience.

Indians are generally humble. Down south you will not be able to make out that a person is so rich or powerful. NR Murthy and his wife, Rajnikanth, Rahul Dravid and many others. In fact I met Gulzar Sahab few years back and was floored by his simplicity.

My father was a Pashtoon nationalist; an ardent supporter of Bacha Khan and Gandhi, and he raised me and my brother loving India. My childhood was all about my obsession with Bollywood. That love took a drastic turn once Modi came into power. Modi sent out a clear message to Pakistanis to end our fascination with India and anything Indian. It's almost like he looked me in the eyes and said, 'How dare you love us, I will take this right away from you'. And he has indeed succeeded.......thank God my father is no more to see the India of today. It would have broken his heart into a hundred pieces.

This is the Amna I deeply respect and love to watch as a viewer …she does the research talks about her own experience and shares her opinion! I stopped watching SH long time ago when she m Hassan used to talk about Indian content and did not research well. I remember the Pathan and Jawan topics some time back and Amna seemed a bit arrogant to me in her answers and didn’t respresent herself well as a Senior Journalist. As an Indian viewer i enjoy this type of content of hers ..she seems more humble more authentic and just herself! Feel feel to criticize and share your opinion, but do the research well first This episode did justice to me and I loved it! I hope she continues in this flow n bring out more content here…love n light Amna!

Yes!! Punctuality is very important. AR Rahman is so punctual as well. I attended two concerts and they started on time. During one of the concerts, he even had the organizers apologize to the audience for starting a little later than the billed time.

I love how generous we Pakistanis are for Indian artists when it comes to appreciation. At the same time, I wish Indians are the same accepting for Pakistani artists as well. They once loved Atif, Fawad, Mahira, Imran and after change in political scenario, they revert back.
Oh we still love them , believe you me. Politics is a thing apart, it should not influence art and our interaction with artists.
We still love them all. And more…including dramas and something haute.

Hi Aamna, i totally agree with you Arijit Singh is so loved in Pakistan and he's such a humble star. Many times i've seen in his concerts he has actually said we love our Pakistani fans/stars like Atif etc and sang their song. I live in US and i have gone to many of the concerts here and i have to say some of the humblest musicians from our side were Strings (Faisal Kapadia and Bilal Maqsood) they are such lovely people with he same vibe. Atif Aslam unfortunately started off as very arrogant, i remember being in his concert and he would not come on stage even after his name was called for like a good 30 minutes and i was so annoyed as a young mom who left his child at home for a good night out i was like wth i need to get home lol, this was about 10 years ago. Finally he came with glasses on and acting super arrogant. However with time recently last year you can tell he has changed and come down from that pedestal that unfortunatley people put them on. But anyways definetly something we love about Arijit and something to learn from.. he's a wonderful soul!
After seeing this video, I am sure to go to his next USA concert.
In India people are being more professional day by day. Yes, here and there arrogant and rude people are there but mostly people don't tolerate misbehaviour in profession, generally.
