But this channel isn't about astronomy. l'll be tapping into my 20-year career as a fashion journalist to cover fashion as a source of self-expression and body positivity. We'll have a little bit of fun in shows like Fashion Fortnightly. I'll be connecting with fashionable creatures in Meet the Muse and reviewing fun, new products in the short FIR - First Impression Review. Aamna 101 will take you into my life while The AHI Icon will bring you an exceptional person, whose story inspires.

Aamna - today's episode was a total lackluster. Few points to remember for improvement: fix the audio, no need of constant graphics in every second (that becomes too much at times), the purpose of watching is we enjoy the banter, fun, energy that both of you put on the table, but in today's episode it was null, please do not cut each other's comments/views/opinion/stories while sharing something, and everytime when Tabish says - kya mein bolu !!!! Just a reminder we viewers are giving our time to watch what we expect from both of you. Hopefully henceforth in each episode, specially with Tabish, we will see the bang and high octane energy.
I think graphics make the video more entertaining, and it is a breakpoint for me from other videos of SH or AHI videos because of its different editing.
We need graphics. SH and AHI does not have these that makes it very confusing.
I feel 1st 15 mins are just waste of time. Todays episode was not entertaining because Tabish is not at all interested, he was taking his nap. This topic had so much potential. You wasted your and our time.
Agreed. This show needs to have more crisp pace...I am very fond of tabish but he needs to lose disinterested and lackluster demeanor. Respect the time of people who are watching. Bring some spunk. Viewers are tuning in with an expectation set by your title but the show didn't exactly deliver today.

Is me tabish ko replace krny ki zrurt nahi hai. Han jis din he doesn't feel like doing it for the viewers they shouldnot make the video that day so we don't get such a boring episode.

Hi Aamna, at this point I feel fashion fortnightly with Hassan will be far more interesting and entertaining.
Taabish’ disinterest is almost insulting to the audience now!
First 10-15 minutes were so boring it was sheer love for you that made me tolerate that.
Could you also please organise all your snacks/tea/water etc before you start filming.
Lastly, a show on fashion should also be aesthetically appealing to watch - background/sound/editing need over hauling.

Tabish needs to put himself together before rolling for the show. He always looks tired and seems like Aamna has made him sit and talk forcefully. If Tabish is not interested then don't make him do the show.

100%agree with most of the comments here. Please do some homework before the show. Tabish, after every five seconds ab mein Kia bolun! If you don’t have anything to say why are you even here 😢.
There are many RUclipsrs doing much better analysis than actual fashion experts. There are some people who really go far and beyond into the history of craft, styles, fabric, embroidery of outfits.
Please stop telling us you like this look and you don’t like this look only. You guys can do some homework and give some more fashion insight.
Amna is trying the hardest to carry on the show with minimum input from Tabish. It’s too much on her plate and she seems exhausted because of low energy of her partner. Tabish even doesn’t know what looks they are going to discuss. Not very professional.

bad video. Tabish not interested. sound quality is poor. You forgot looks of many celebrities like katrina, jhanvi & Kiara. Suhana' bro is Aryan Khan and not Ibraheem who is Sara's bro. Lots of errors. Wedding was not properly covered. I guess you people did same with Pre wedding video and than recorded 2nd one. Take a break. Pull up your socks Tabish and come with energy. Aamna is putting her efforts alone and it shows. Her lap top her points on notebook. She never disappoints us.
@aamna, it seemed like you had a tough time keeping Tabish engaged. While the show's spontaneity is a great hook for viewers, a bit more preparation would enhance the experience. Tabish's reviews lacked depth, and you struggled to steer the conversation forward. Also, men's fashion were not discussed in detail. Incorporating suggestions on how to improve the less appealing outfits would help us know what particularly was unappealing to you, what could have been better instead. For instance, discussing what type of jewelry ARB could have worn to complement her dress could have made the conversation more engaging.
Honestly it's not too much.. don't tell u never saw a lavish wedding in your neighborhood. Everyone do marriage according to their wealth. So they did according to their wealth. And the biggest positive of this wedding was. The ambanis put India in the eyes of the world. Every one were talking about india. I think it's a great thing for the country to build good geopolitical relationships

Aamna and Tabish, I am a regular viewer of your show, and also Something Haute. I don't usually comment, but today's episode was so disappointing that i am writing down my thoughts hoping that you will improve on these points, and that we can continue to enjoy FF and both of your jodi on the show. Tabish, please know that I am really fond of you and love your rants, but a major let down in today's episode mostly comes from you. Please bear with the following points, as much as we tolerated today's episode ;-)
1. Audio: In today' s episode the audio is really poor, especially Tabish. It could be that his mike placement is wrong, but it was a complete waste of efforts you made to bring us this episode.
2. Tabish constantly checkinghis phone: Tabish, we get it that you have multiple shoots, or professional commitments and that someone or the other is constantly reaching out to you. But for these 35-40 minutes you are on camera, could you please keep your phone away? As an audience, it is extremely annoying to see you regularly checking your phone, and that too at lengths. It makes you come across as disinterested in doing the show, and makes us feel like we are idiots watching the opinion of someone who doesn't has the basic courtesy to keep their phone aside when they are on camera. It is also disrespectful to your co-host. Feel bad for Aamna because I can see how much hardwork she puts in preparing and collecting the pictures.
3. Tabish: While we get it that you cant' always take names of the celebrities that you are discussing, especially those whose fashion sense/choices you disapprove of, but you have been doing this a lot off late, and it gets us no one anywhere. And frankly, after a point we don't care. It is so frustrating to watch you give them so much screen time while not even disclosing who they are. At least kucch nahin toh gyaan hi de do bhai on what is it that the celebrities could improve upon to help them with their mindset. Because ultimately fashion is a mindset.
4. Tabish (yes you again) : While we get it that you are not very fond of fashion choices of many celebrities, especially the looks discussed in this episode, your take on them could be at least a bit elaborate. While I enjoy your honest take, it is almost like hearing you on a loop. Even people who are far from fashion world discuss what they like or don't like about a particular look. You being a fashion stylist, and a Lux style award winner, could give more technical fashion related nuances from those looks, like what worked and what did not work. Aamna collects all the pictures, and you said you don't want to prepare or see those in advance because you like your reviews more impromptu, but woh impromptu review bhi itna thaka hua hoga toh hum audience kab tak jhelenge?
5. Aamna: I really respect all the hard work you do in collecting all the pictures. The Ambani wedding and the number of dresses the celebrities changed in a day was a mind f""k , and so tiring, that we almost lost track of who is wearing what on which day and which function. Maybe you could have discussed male fashion and female fashion in separate epsidoes, or at least in different segments, of the same episode. Today's episode looks put together in a "jiffy"
6. Aishwarya Rai: She is getting fashion criticism from all corners, which is right to an extent. She seems to be struggling with finding something decent to look on her, let alone something that would make her look like a "fashion diva." And sadly, nobody in her circle is giving her a reality check. Maybe instead of simply saying that she looks bad, as fashion critics, and stylists, you could suggest what kind of dresses would look good on her, what she should try, or avoid? I say this because majority of Indian women in their late 50s struggle with similar "heavy and round face shape" and "body weight issues" as Aishwarya seems to be struggling with. Madhuri (57), Juhi (56), Raveena Tandon 49) are all in the same age bracket as Aishwarya (50), but they all seem to be aging gracefully, but Aishwarya seems to be struggling with excessive bloating, something triggered by stress and hormones. I really wish her well, and hope my wishes and prayers reach her, I was a big fan of her in 1990s. Its so painful to watch people mock her.
Hope you take the above points positively, and do something to address or fix these.

This video had a lot of potential, but you missed highlighting Shloka Mehta's look. Kiara was also missing, along with many other people. Please consider shooting it again with Hasan, as he is more engaging than Tabish. If you're struggling with content, I can send you all the looks, as I know some more interesting ones you missed, like Radhika's best look at her reception in Dolce and Gabbana.🙃
Surprised that the audio was so bad. I really didn't expect this. The background also makes everything look so washed out. The editor, who is always so on point, seems to be having a bad day.

I m sorry but this episode could have discussed a lot more. You guys missed so many looks. One very simple yet elegant look was Katrina kaif she chose to be simple and just because there was no skin show she didn’t gain enough attention.

Love that you guys spoke about skin tone, I struggled with it so much growing up despite being brought up in US because my sister and I were different skin tones and always compared. My sister always being called the pretty one by my relative and how I would be complemented is my skin is look clean/saaf! It awful how my desi family failed to grow and rather repeat the cycle. I struggled with feeling beautiful in my own skin for sometime growing up until I learned to accept it and realize beauty isn’t at all just skin tone, it’s so much more than that (like how you make others feel, ur confidence, how you carry yourself) and it’s so disappointing that, that’s all it get summed down to

I don't understand why Indians avoid giving credit to our Pakistani designers? It is not the first time it is happening. The whole Indian fashion has changed because of the awareness of Pakistani design and aesthetic through instagram and RUclips. Not just the clothes, even Indian styling has changed, imitating Pakistani styles in shoots over the recent years. If we will not tell the world about our creativity, Indians will always build on our foundations and claim rewards, calling it as their creativity.

Amna and Tabish, Wake Up!!!!. Very boring Fashion Fortnightly episode. Amna was sleepy but most of all Tabish who looked sleepy and very very disinterested. And just to point out, it is Aryan Khan with Suhana Khan in 37:24 and 37:28, not Ibrahim as you both kept on saying.
Very disappointed, I can say that both of you were not interested at all. Plus look like that there is some kind of bitterness. I thought as a fashion critic this would have been a great opportunity for you both mainly ammna to showcase your intensive knowledge on fashion but it was a let down. I'm was eagerly waiting for You guys, do a thorough research of who wore what, but what a disappointment man. You lost a chance here. You will only be left talking about Pakistan fashion only. Go on RUclips and see how many western world has covered every bit of this event from day one , mind you their research is up to mark.

I was looking forward to hearing Aamna talk about the never ending Ambani wedding, and loved how much ever I could get through. However, the graphics made it impossible for me to watch. It’s like the person in charge of this was trying to prove their worth.
I literally needed to stop watching halfway through because the graphics and the background nonsense sounds were beyond my tolerance.
Honestly this didn’t seem like the quality of content I see/expect from Aamna.
Aamna, you're such a sweet person. But please tell Tabish to show some excitement and energy. He seems so disinterested. If he was so tired, then you guys shouldn't have done the episode that day. I guess the celebrities must have bought the clothes othewise they would have given the credits to the designers. Jahanavi is a big time Manish Malhotra girl. So may be she wore him only, as you can see that she also hasn't mentioned the designers as well. So, it's not only about Pakistani designers. Indian celebrities only give credits when it's a paid photoshoots or for professional commitments. Otherwise they don't mention the designers if they have paid for their personal use.

I want to touch base with tabish on the lighter shade comment. If a client wishes to achieve a certain look including lighter or darker shades, it does not mean they are insecure with their skin tone. There can be various reasons like achieving a brighter, more radiant look, might want to look more refreshed and awake, can be because of the look they want to create, under different lightning. Can be because of make up oxidation, color they are wearing, complementing with the style, personal preference, trends. It is just like if customer asking for glossy or matte finish look. Nude make look or bold look. You need to get out of this gora Kala thing and take it in a professional way. Going 1 shade lighter or darker does not make them Insecure with Their skin tone. Respect choices and people preferences using client centered approach. Please take this comment in a constructive manner.
