    Great stuff, Dane! (as usual) 💪🏼 especially useful for me now, as I have a sore knee (meniscus) from squatting heavy and need more upper body / hypertrophy to stay in weightlifting condition! Sorry to hear about Hayley (was looking forward to seeing you guys in Thailand next month 😢)​but I'm sure I will see you again at some future time! Regards to Jake and all the GS Family! 🏋️🔥
