- Yakuza Like a Dragon Ishin is undoubtedly the best chicken racing simulator on the market.
Like a dragon ishin is like samurai Yakuza except you get to be the best type of samurai (the kind that gets to wield a revolver). This game is actually a remake of the original game that came out in 2014 which was only availble in Japan but now they decided to bring it over to the US of A. And boy am I glad they did because I love this game and I now plan to play every Yakuza game because of it. Especially Yakuza 0 and the other Like a Dragon one they released with the JRPG elements.
Anyways, I hope you enjoy this Yakuza like a dragon ishin review and the above average top-notch gameplay from yours truly. It was nice making another longer video like my Project Zomboid review and I appreciate all of you for watching through it!

Yakuza 0 had a slot car racing mini game that was like heroin for me. * ties belt to arm and flicks needle * It's time for another fix, LET'S FUCKING GO!!!!!
For me it was the cabaret mini game. The devs really know the trick to get your monkey brain addicted

They zapped the goofiness out of Resident Evil 4 and made it generic but Yakuza kept it's goofiness and it will stay iconic.

The Yakuza series never fails... haven't played since 3 and... man... they took out so much from that one. Happy this game finally made it to the states... it was this one right?
Pretty much so, this one is a direct remake of that game on the Unreal 4 engine
One of them. There was another one (Kenzan) on ps3 released before 3. A pretty good game, but Ishin had more demand and is a huge fanservice fest for fans of the series so they remade a 2014 game
3 was the only let down. The rest were a blast.

RGG Studios reuses a lot of assets and cuts a lot of content from their remakes. However, the stuff they do keep or even add is done with a level of craftsmanship and precision that it borders on being fanatic. I'm definitely buying Ishin once I finish a bit of my backlog

It is worth noting they're not _perfect._ Damn good, but there _are_ flaws.
In Kiwami 1; Majima's storyline flow is messed up because he goes from being a minor antagonist to "of course you know this character" and the "he fell in the water, so Kiryu doesn't know he's alright!" is a lot less impressive than "last I saw he was being carried off after being stabbed in the gut for me."
Also; sidequest where the restaurant owner has to recognize his kid's art skill. In the original, it's an intricate graffiti piece. In Kiwami, it's a red spiral.
