This beautiful giant elephant was spotted in the Anuradhapura area when it was roaming through its usual jungles and grasslands. Its scale and skin patterns make it look special and unique among other giants in Sri Lanka. However, it has some injuries all over its trunk, and the wildlife team was happy to spot them before it disappeared into the wild. The team chased after and sedated it before getting close to providing required medical treatments. This video shows how they managed to inject the necessary medicine to battle injuries and infections. The elephant is now being subjected to a routine medical check as well, and it will get the full dose of injections to survive the wild. This giant sounds scary, and the team had some pant wetting moments as well.

People, people, people... Nobody wants to see 8 minutes of you standing around looking into a jungle followed by you injecting something into the ass of an elephant! Showing a little bit of it is fine because that's part of the whole thing but my God people! Show the elephant itself! Show his head. Show his trunk. Show the end of the trunk breathing and where that rumbling is coming from. Get close to the eye. Show the injury on his trunk..
Put in some subtitles explaining what you're saying. Explain to us why you need a gazillion different syringes. Explain how much total antibiotics and other medications you gave it and how you figured out the dose amount.
Explain what you use to put it to sleep with and what you use to wake it up.
Help the viewer connect with the animal and you will get not only better comments but more support.
